Tenkawa

Hey Xx Tenkawa xX i want to see your skills so what better way then to a fight. Location is at midnight and location is wherever you want it to be. If you have to many fights going on just decline and ill try again later. My character as always will be Slive. So do you accept?

OoC: Sure I accept.

IC: Darkness had fallen long ago in the marsh. The smell of algae filled the air. The grass sway slowly back and forth to the slightest of winds, until a larger wind came. The tall grass seemed to try to hold onto its place. The wind picked up, then stopped after a brief moment. Near the edge of the marsh a figure in the shaped of a winged creature stepped forth. Once it crept in closer the form shaped itself into what appeared to be a man.
"Of all the places to run into a prey for the gods..."
Junai tightened his gauntlet more firmly to his arm, felt his katana at his side, then breathed in the air for a few moments. Just then a voice rang in his ear.
"Closer...closer...he comes...ever near...The Prey..."
"Understood."

Just as Junai had responded, he notice a rustle in the distance. He waited patiently until he heard it stop. He raised his hand to see if he could grasp whatever was in that direction, and caught it. A circle of purple and black flames surrounded what seemed to be a figure of a man. He pulled it in closer then released his grip on him when he was a few meters away.
"Sorry for the awful introduction, but if i want something to come out of the shadows, I will."
"Sorry will get you nowhere in this day and age..."
"Indeed."
Junai folded his arms and cast a light upon his opponent's face to realize it was Slive. He smirked then pulled back the light he had created. Junai folded his arms then said, "Well, whenever your ready."
"Aren't you the one searching for me?" Slive replied.
"Yes, but I'd like to see someone attack me first for once."
"Well then, prepare yourself."
"Indeed."

"Slive snaps his fingers and his scythe appears in his hands. He cackles gleefully and sends shivers up Junais's spine. His red eyes glare in Junai's and he is frozen with fear. He whirls his hand around in a circle and conjures up a ball of a green mist and hurls it at Junai. He breaks free of Slive's glare and ducks his head. The ball flies past him hitting a tree. A mist is releases from the ball and the trees all turn brown and die.
"Not bad" Junai smirked. All slive can do is smile evilly and he looks up in the sky, "great day for a fire". Junai looks around and notices everything suddenly went up in flames. "Nice" is the only answer Junai can come up with. Slive starts to speak in tongue and he is starting to transfigure. Junai can barely stand the heat of the inferno that Slive has made. Slive starts to writhe in pain as he tranformins into his 2nd form.

sorry i had to leave so thats all i could put in.

Junai had to retreat from the flames. Just then, the ripping of clothing was heard. Slive looked in front of him, but notice Junai wasn't in sight.

Junai flew above Slive with his arms folded. He could only last in the fire in his human form for a short while, and he didn't want to use that card just yet so he had to come up with something. Junai moved his right hand over to Slive's position then raised him to where he was flying.
"Is this the best attack you've got?" Slive said.
"No, you haven't seen anything...yet."
Junai raised him a few meters higher then clenched his fist, releasing him from the Rise of Darkness. Junai moved forward a little, and when Slive came close to his vacinity, drove his gauntlet into his stomach, sending him flying in the oppisite direction.

Junai's blow was strong enough to stop the transformation. Slive doubled to the ground holding his stomach. Junai smiled with pride. Slive starts ro roll on the floor laughing hystericallY, which wiped the smile off of junai's face. Slive jumps to his feet and slowly rises above the ground. He snaps his fingers and a loud bang knocks Junai to his feet. Slive flies high up into the air and lands at full impact on Junai's stomach with a sickening thud. Junai trys to get his breathe back but Slive rises up to hit him again. He throws his scythe into the air and it dissappears in a flash. He then makes a motion with both of his hands and the sword of the dark lord appears in his hands. He holds the tip of the blade downwards and lunges at Junai hoping to impale him. Junai regains his breathe and rolls just in time away. The force of slive's impact causes a giant crack in the earth to appear. Slive grins mischieviously at Junai and changes his sword back into his tremendous scythe.

"No time like the present..."
Junai then clenched himself and was suddenly in full demon form. His red eyes stared right through Slive as he stod there in a sea of flames surrounding him. He batted his wings and soared high into the air, no doubt luring Slive as well. He stopped in mid-air and turned, catching Slive in the Rise of Darkness. He pulled up to himself, then with a bend of his fingers sent him flying high above.

Junai soared as fast as he could to get above Slive's approaching point. He managed to get ahead of it by a few moments, and he dove his right blade-like arm into Slive's chest. Both of his eye sockets looked like pearls now. Junai grinned at this, then slammed the Ifrit into Slive's face, sending him off the blade and down to the ground below.

Junai lowered his speed to make sure he didn't get ahead of him. He pulled back just a bit and watch Slive slam into the ground forming a crater. He zoomed at his body and forced the Ifrit into his stomach, sending him down into the earth several fold.

It was silent. The fire still burned in the marsh, crackling constantly and deafening any softer sound. There was now a hole in the middle of the crater, and at this point only one came out. Junai jumped to the edge of the crater and stepped back a few feet. He watched the hole very carefully, and kept himself on guard for anything.

The wind was silent. Junai's wipes the dust off of his sleeves but is interuppted by a loud laughter. Slive rises up from the ground with fire surrounding him. Junai's is mortified on how he escaped with very few scratches. There was another loud bang and Junai fell to the ground. Slive rushed in at sat on his stomach. Punching him in the face over and over again for which seemed like an eternity. Slive looked at his red fists and blinked his eyes and metal gauntlets appeared. Junai managed to catch Slives hands and flip him over his head. He wipes the blood off of his face and stands up and faces his worthy opponent. Slive smirks and calmly says "Having fun?"

"Of course!"
And with that he grasped Slive once again in the Rise of Darkness, making him lose grip on his weapon and sending it to the ground. Junai was draining a little from how much he used the techinque, but not enough to show. He pulled Slive with him up in the air, then stop about a hundred feet. He glared at the now paralyzed man and smirked.
"You're even more annoying then the last one I ran into, and I think I'll use the same tactic on you as well."
Slive laughed crazily once more, but Junai ignored it this time. He then brought Slive closer in to him then drove his blade like arm into his stomach, released him from the technique, then sent him flying off with a blow from the Ifrit to the face.

Slive was flown back aways and Junai took this opportunity to go for the weapon below him. He soared down, grasped it in his hands, and flew back up, flying a few metters higher than before. He spun himself in a circle, spin very rapidly holding out the scythe, then letting it go with a force, sending it flying into the opposite direction he had punished Slive. He smirked in enjoyment for he couldn't even see where it landed. He then turned and flew back into Slive's direction.

The smile was wiped off of Slive's face and his whole body turned a dark red. His muscles started to ripple and he shrunk about 1 foot. Horns sprouted from his forehead and his fingernails became sharp. and his teeth become long and sharp. Junai was frozen in fear at what Slive had turned into. Without warning slive blurred forward with such speed Junai couldnt even blink. With just one punch Junai flew way back knocking into a large boulder and cracked it immensly. Just then Slive appeared right behind Junai and took both of his hands which turned into a large circle and smashed junai in the head knocking him down. "How could such a small creature have such speed and strength?" Just then Junai felt himself being thrown up into the air and was suddenly drove head first into the ground. Junai regained focusness and found the demon gone and Slive standing there laughing with his piercing red eyes and his scythe ready to come down on his opponent.

It didn't make any sense. The kid was stabbed and beaten countless times, but it still had no affect. There had to be a weakness, there had to be something. He was not going to be damned by the gods from this one opponent. He was not going to sit idlely by and watch someone else take his place.

Slive came in for a strike, but Junai pulled himself up from the ground and sent a double kick to his face. Slive staggered back a bit, looked up, but got a roundhouse kick to the face this time, staggering once more. He swung the scythe, slicing into Junai's side. A slight wince, but nothing to worry about. He then came in and went for a punch to the head, but Slive dodged it. But Junai had a trick for this. He flipped, and pierced Slive in the back of his head. Junai then pulled his arm with him, and sent Slive into the dirt. Junai then pounced on his stomach, pushing him into the ground deeper, then stabbing his knee into it and violently punch his face into the ground with his left hand.

Slive wasn't moving yet, but he was still breathing. Junai picked Slive's arm, twisted it in an awkward postion, then punching directly in the elbow, cracking the bone in several pieces. He then did the same to his other arm just for a good measure.
"You never know if you had the ability to use both...considering I can myself."
Junai then got up, and picked up Slive from the small pit he had put him in. Suddenly a burst of pain was felt in his stomach. He looked down and noticed Slive had turned the scythe to the sword again and had drove it in with what little strength he had in his arms. Junai enraged in this fact, and stabbed Slive once more in the head, driving through the skull into his brain, and back out the other side. Junai then punched Slive off of the blade and sent him flying into the oppisite direction into the first crater he made.

Junai slowly took the sword out of his stomach. He was injured pretty badly, but he could fix that. He called out to the gods, and a light shown on his body. Once it left, every wound he had was healed and he was returned to full strength. He looked down the Slive's scythe that he now held in his hand. He stared at it then looked at the crater.
"I doubt he'll return from that attack to the skull..."
He sighed, then tossed it into the crater with him.
"But if he does, I might as well let him have something to defend himself."

A rumbling appeared knocking down all the dead trees from the rain of fire at the start of the battle. Then all turned to silence. BOOM! a large pillar of fire shot straight up into the air and down onto the earth incinerating the land even more. When the mist of smoke cleared a shadowy figure remained. Slive was floating there and was badly injured yet he still had a grin on his face. He pulls back his scythe and swings it and it extends and cuts Junai across his torso. it felt like some of his life energy left his body and he realized that Slive's weapon was an instrument of death and he should avoid it. Slive was angered by and shocked that he was actually hurt badly which was a rare find. Slive realized he must not underestimate such power and might.Slive was still enraged on what just happened to him so with his free hand conjures up a black ball of energy and launches it at Junai. He it explodes in a huge explosion of black fire surrounds Junai and engulfs him. He screams in pain as the energy rips through his body and about a minute later it all stops. Slive is floating gently above the ground leering at Junai whose laying on the ground in pain.

OoC: Wait a minute GR...can you explain exactly how you did all this when Junai broke both of Slive's arms?

Junai felt himself lift off the ground and started to fly about the stage. He stopped briefly but it seemed like his limbs were being stretched apart. Slive quickly looked up and his eyes went black then back to red. Junai felt his right leg being twisted around in a circle. Slive stopped using his power and Junai fell limp to the ground. Trying as hard as he could to stand up with only one healthy leg. "Now its fair" Slive cackled.Junai smirked with pride knowing that he would not be defeated so easily.

computer was screwing around so i couldnt do anything more. i tried saving it but word was down.

OoC: Well that kind of sucks. Then it might've been different.

IC:Now it was Junai's turn to laugh insatiably.
"I really must of screwed up your head with that attack to your skull...you expect to believe ruining my leg is going to stop me?"
Junai flapped his blackened wings, lifting himself above to ground a few hundred feet. Slive came to greet him, but it was pointless for the young man if he couldn't even lift his scythe.
"It's time for you to perish. The gods call upon it."
Slive went to open his mouth, but was blindsided in the side of his face by Junai's left foot.

He was able to stop himself, but noticed Junai was right in front of him. Slive took his chance to attack, but Junai quickly came behind him and drove the blade like arm into the top of Slive's skull. He then slammed his left ifrit like arm onto his head, sliding him off the blade and down below to the firey pit.

Junai brought himself down to where Slive was. He didn't notice any movement, but he wasn't about to take the chance.
"You know, most folk, when they take an attack to the skull several times usually die. But you seem to keep on living. I honor you for that..."
Junai then flew high into the sky, then came back down, left arm extended, and slammed it into Slive's back, driving him into the ground. Junai heard the sound of bones breaking once more which gave him another good feeling. He then got up and stared at the body before him. He picked him up, lifted him just slightly above head, and glarred at him.
"...But I can not let you live. I must finish my job to the gods."
He then put his blade-like arm infront of Slives neck, and made the cut.

He wasn't into decapitation, but he did whatever it took to keep himself around in this world. His leg was still messed up awfully bad, but it didn't matter.

Slive was now lying in two different places, and Junai was glad for that. He returned to his human form and waited for his exit to come.

awwww man. my next attack was going to be the winning one but. oh well. i guess i'll accept defeat. not much chance i would of won cut into 2 pieces. But i will do an ending post.

bic:Junai wipes the sweat off of his head and hobbles away from the site. Without looking back. He smiled with pride that he defeated such a madman. As he was exiting the area he heard a loud cackling and a flock of crows flew up from the tree's. Junai started to hobble faster away.

back at the site slive was starting to regenerate a new body. He stood up and laughed a lot harder. He arose into the air and flew off in the other direction to do more havoc.
