Miner Destruction (Open)
OoC: I haven't seen a decent battle (that's actually ended) in too long. Don't post if you aren't going to stick through to the end. Don't post if you think you can pull off another battle. Do post if you're the exact opposite and actually want to battle my sorry hide.
IC: For the first time in a long time, he was on the other side of this "cat and mouse" game. Even still, he was calm as ever. It didn't phase him that he himself now had a bounty on his head, if you really wanted to call it that. The snorting of that god awful ogre past by his ears once again. They were still far off, but for someone like him it wasn't far enough. It wasn't the ogre that bothered him, but the morpher that was alongside it that was the problem. He cursed under his breath about that wench...her action of sealing off his ability to heal...practically ripping the left side of his body to shreds. There was nothing to be done until that thing on his neck was removed...and he only hoped no one would come in contact with him before then. Slipping deeper and deeper into the shadows, he continued to watch the entrance of the cavern that he was lucky enough to come across. The winds began to pick up, sending a surge of sand and dust in the air, making it impossible to see a thing. As the noise of the ogre dissipated and the faint sound of hooves galloping away from his location, the idea of resting seemed almost a possibility. The cards were in his favor...for now. By getting a good grip on one of the coarse indentations set into the cavern wall, he pulled himself up from the ground and had a look around. From the looks of it, he could tell that this was man-made...there was no doubt. With that said, there had to be more to this "small" space and a few more steps proved him right. As he noticed an array of boulders tightly fitted against the opposite wall, something else caught his attention. A sound. A metallic sound. He pulled his foot away and bent down very gradually. By wiping the dust away from where he once stood, his hand came in contact with what appeared to be a track rail. While his eyes focused on exactly where it was headed, a bout of laughter came over as he saw it went directly under the same boulders he was fixated on a second before. "Humans are just too predictable sometimes." Slowly making it back to his feet, he proceeded to stand in front of the wall of boulders. He may have not had enough strength to battle at this point, but this wasn't going to bother him anymore than he was now. This was child's play. He placed his right hand on a stable wall to provide more leverage as his left was placed on the direct center of the boulders in his way. Once closing his eyes, he began to focus on his hand and in doing so it burst into darkened violet flames. As he concentrated a little deeper, the flames encompassing his hand began to fluctuate as these flames now seemed to expand and circle around every solitary boulder ahead of him. His hand began to convulse, the fingers spreading farther and farther away from each other while he continued to focus. And just as it seemed he couldn't hold on to it much longer, his hand formed a tight fist, releasing the boulders from their respective spaces and sending them out the cavern like bottled rockets. The remaining boulder floated less than an inch away from his fist, and the second he released it, it fell to the ground, just missing his foot. With the obstacle now out of the way, he made his way deeper into the mine. After several tights turns and nearly escaping death from some hidden traps, he came across a massive opening. Tracks criss-crossing in every direction with covered, and some uncovered, mine carts strewn across their intricate system. Machines of all shapes and sizes situated around the railways, while others laid in a corner, broken beyond repair and rusted to no end. Small streams running in a plethora of directions as a few small waterfalls spouting out from the sides of the mines kept them moving. The natural light that exposed the mine's interior was more than enough to see his surroundings. Even in the dark, his eyesight was fairly well but it was always nice when he didn't have to strain. He hobbled his way from where he was down the circular path that led him to what appeared to be a small shack. Peering through the small window just to the left of him he found it filled with more high-tech machinery. "This seems awfully organized...maybe by a little too much." At that same moment something rattled behind him. He spun around quickly, but there was nothing in sight. He looked around, walking little by little until he heard a voice echo around him. "I've finally found you...Junai."

Re: Miner Destruction (Open)
OoC: I will fight you!
BiC:Junai turned around and around till he saw someone in the corner of his eye. He turned to it and was slightly disturbed. Right infront of him was a dragon standing on two legs. "So your the one running around here! I, Drago, will nicely lead you out... or to death..." Drago said. Tunai stared at the monsters emerald green eyes. "What do you want?" He asked. Drago sighed then yelled at him, "You've got people looking for you! If I must, I'll see to it that they see your corpse on the road if you don't leave this cavern right now!" Tunai didn't budge. Drago started laughing and then cut himself off by clearing his throat. "Fine human... prepare to die!" Drago roared as he pulled out the Dragonic Edge. Tunai grabbed a piece of wood and threw it at Drago. It hit Drago but merely bounced off. Drago charged at Tunai and Tunai pulled out his weapon, followed by a long line of curses. |
