Forested Stream (Random)

BIC:

The sun shone down for the last time through the open gap in the top of the canopy. The stream trickled its way through the middle of the ground and seemed to continue forever, it was not long until a foot splattered quickly into it. The hoot of an owl could be heard, but the owl could not be seen. The trees seemed to shoot up forever, atleast three hundred metres high were the tallest. And then there was the short, stumped tree. Cut off, looking bleached brown and writhing in pain like a gagged man. Leaves lay everyway, offering a soft surface for anything that happened to come into contact with it. The sun was now setting, and it was getting ever darker. A few leaves fell from a rather odd looking tree. Once again, the owl call was heard.

Darian was perched upon a branch, his long, 6ft sword drooped down behind him, sort of looking like a metallic snake dangling from his wrist. He was clothed in black, and hard to see with the human eye. He squatted right into the corner where the branch met the tree and looked around him, squinting his eyes to help him see past the setting sun shining into his face.

The sun had disappeared. It would have been pitch black if it wasn't for the moonlight shining upon the ground, giving the night an eery essence to it. Would Darian's opponents arrive? Darian suspected something.

ic: Mastermind walked through the beautiful forsest as the sun set. He had been challenged by a mysterious figure in his dreams. And to Mastermind, dreams always meant something.

He continued on enjoying the fresh air. It was the first time in about a month he'd breathed fresh air.
"Beautiful" Mastermind smiled "Purely beautiful".
He walked and walked, listening to the crunch of leaves under is feet. He did not know where he was going, but he knew he would soon be there.
"Well, if the battle's going to start soon, I might as well get ready" Mastermind threw his cloak to the ground which landed with a loud thump. Appearently, it weighed very much.
"Ah, much better". Masterminds clothes very fairly normal. He had black jeans, a torn white shirt, a black bubble vest, thick black boots, black fingure gloves, silver ear rings, and necklace with a silver cross. It was a rare thing for Mastermind to remove his cloak.

Mastermind could hear footsteps in the distance. He tried to probe the area but didn't have enough time. Someone was approaching, and they were coming fast. Who ever was coming, probably wasn't friendly, and they would probably want to fight.

OOC: Here is Darian

BIC: Darian stopped throwing rocks to the floor, he had heard something and he swore he sighted some dark figure. It stopped, and the black disappeared and fell to the floor to reveal something a little lighter, but still very dark. He pulled his sword up, silently, without making any noise. The sun had completely set now, so it was not shining upon Darian anymore, he was surrounded by the dark, and the trees top reflected away the moonlight trying to penetrate it.

He was not sure of the figure, if it was some ghostly animal or even a human. Whatever it was, it wasnt moving, it was unpredictable. Darian heard a creak from somewhere, he knew it wasnt from the figure, it startled him. 'What the... hmmm.' He pondered to himself. The ground couldnt even be seen it was so dark. Away went the owl hoots again. Was that his opponent? standing away from him, down on the ground... whatever it was it sure didn't look weak or pathetic, infact it looked the opposite. When it turned its head to look into the trees, Darian bowed his, and stayed as still as a an insect, camouflaging itself from ane enemy. The thing's head turned away again. Darian would wait.
