Xen's booming voice echoed through the huge valley, covering the lands of zu. Soon after, Jake came dashing up to the edge of the cliff, his eyes scanning the area. Until they settled on Xen.
"Huh! What'd you want?!"
A small compartment opened on the top of Xen's right wrist, reaveling a blaster. With three well-aimed shots, Jake suddenly dived to the side, almost getting blasted by two of the blasts, the last one found its way skiming against his left leg, sending Jake rolling. He hopped back up to his feet, and glared at Xen, who, apparentley seemed to be having quite a kick outta all the commotion. A large grin rested on his face, and he howled with laughter, his eyes glew red, and focused on Jake.
"Well, well, lemme guess!
Jake leaped from the top of the cliff, neatly landing on his feet,on the hard, ground, which for some reason appeared to be covered with nice white tile. He was obviously was shocked. Thick electrick beams made a cage of the arena, leaving the two trapped inside.
"W-What!?"
"I spent much work on this, its finally ready, but are you?"
Jake snorted, and stared at Xen....

"Well, looks like you're finally ready for our fight. Im glad to see that. It seems Soul Man and X have been getting all the attention lately and my shiny new Battle Chips haven't even been used yet. I've been studying a bunch of new moves I can't wait to show you."

His new chip dispenser at the bottom of his wrist of his left arm shot out a chip at his command and he inserted it into his buster on his right arm. His buster became a sword of the grass element.

"I hope you're ready for a truckload of new techniques, like my Bamboo Sword?"

Xen switched to a defensive position, and readied himself for Jake's attack by using the Heater chip ( ) . The slot above his left wrist transformed the blaster into a mini-flamethrower, and shot out 5 big orange balls at Jake. Jake remained charging Xen, unaware of the balls which all had split open, engulfing Jake in flames. The flames left Jake's arm back to the regular blaster, as he caughed away.

Xen darted to Jake, punching him across the face, sending him on the ground. Xen then shoved his foot on Jake's stomach, causing Jake to lose air. He growled, aimed his blaster to Xen's face, and shot him right in the chin, shooting Xen off of him. He leaped to his feet, chasing after Xen, who flinched from the blast. Tons of little blasts came hunting after Xen, who only was able to dodge a small amount of them. Jake jumped to the air again, kicking Xen in the stomach. They began a fist fight, until Xen cunningly used the BodyBurn chip ( ) which stopped the fight, pushing them both backwards.

Xen used Rimorosoku (
) , while getting thrown backwards into one of the power beams from Jake, who pounced on him. Xen was shocked out of his senses quickly, and fell forward. He started to charge his blaster as Jake attemped to attack him again, while being restores slowly from Rimorosoku. He flipped over, and gunned Jake just as he was in the air, forcing him backwards, skidding on his feet. Jake held his stomach, he grinned, and shot his fist to the ground. Xen was stopped in his tracks as the floor rumbled, and two big rock spires crashed through the shining floor, knocking and cutting Xen. Jake glared at Xen, who was panting heavily from taking damage. He took a deep breath, and spoke with a booming voice:

"Let the battle begin!!!"

Jake stared at Xen. He had become stronger, much much stronger than he had been before. He was breathing a bit faster, he caught his breath and said, "Hmm, yeah, that'll make for a nice warm up...no pun intended. Gotten quite used to those [Heat] type chips havent you Xen?"

A few chips popped out of his wrist and into his hand. He inserted the chips into his Buster and activated them. "Shockwave!" He held a cyber pick axe up and smashed it into the ground causing a shockwave to travel along the ground towards Xen.

He activated a second chip, StepCross . "A more powerful version of the old StepSword. Watch closely." He said as he vanished. He appeared at Xen's left and slashed once with his sword, then in an instant he appeared at Xen's right, slashing again. The second slash created a large X shaped cut with the first slash, the cuts nearly went straight through him.

Before Jake's StepCross after effect occured, Xen grabbed him and activated another Body Burn chip . Xen was completely engulfed in flames, and as Jake was binded by him, the flames engulfed him as well. He took a great amount of damage before the Shockwave had finally hit Xen. The force of the attack caused him to drop Jake. The StepCross's effect activated as he was transmitted to where he had activated it before, a few yards from Xen.

He took a deep breath and readied for Xen's retaliation.

Xen shook with pain, until he sighted another shockwave trailing at him. A grin appeared out of nowhere on his face, as the slot above his arm shot open, activating the SonicWave chip , which charged right through the shockwave. It sliced it into nothing, doubling its speed. Jake was caught offgaurd as the SonicWave ran into him, slamming him against the beams of the power cage.

Xen clutched his stomach, right where a large X cut deep into him. He had to heal himself, but not to waste healing chips now. His chip slot shot open, many little spikes appeared, Xen used the Drain (pic at bottom) chip. Jake stepped up to his feet just as Xen transmitted right into him, sucking some life energy out of him, then transmitting him back.

Jake became frusturated, he charged his energy for a powerful attack on Xen to stop him, so he would gain the advantage. Xen's stomach still hurt, he coughed out little bits of energy, along with had trouble breathing. He didn't mind though, he had something special planned for Jake. His chip slot shot open again, three chips activated, all the same, Icecube . Three massive blocks of ice screeched as they skidded against the tile, leaving a little trail of water. Jake back rolled out of the way of one, and they all stopped, trapping him against the wall with little space to move.

"Ha, you misse-"

"Yes I did, no matter though, it's getting a little CLOUDY out, might want an umbrella!Hahah!"

Jake glanced in fear above him, where a cloud suddenly formed, obvious that Xen had used the Cloud chip. It began to pour many blue drops that came down upon so fastly, they appeared as slits in the bright sky. Jake flinched continuously, the rain felt as acid, burning right into him. He leaped barely above one of the ice blocks, threw something from his hand, which attached to the ground before Xen. He blasted out just one shot, before he fell on his back, getting soaked by the rain again. Xen stepped cautiosly forward, though the ground below him blew from Jake's shot, sending him backwards....

The Drain Chip that Jake had activated kept Xen busy, he would have to destroy them or suffer having the drain bugs drain energy from him and feed that energy to Jake. Meanwhile, Jake was being bombarded by the Cloudy chip.

Alright, that's enough of that!

He ran a quick chip search and found the chip he needed, all the while being damaged terribly by the Cloud. He activated AirSword . His buster changed itself into a sword hilt and a sabre. But the sabre was far from an ordinary one. It was a small twister, enwrapped in powerful winds. He gave it a mighty slash. The sword did not damage the Ice Cubes or the Cloudy Virus, it blew them forward. The Cloudy Virus was dispersed, but the Ice Cubes slid along the ground and slammed into Xen and the Drain Bugs, which hadn't been successful.

The AirSword vanished and Jake inserted another chip, Variable Sword . The bright yellow sword was very short, only a bit longer than the length of a dagger. Jake carefully twisted the hilt of the blade in proper sequence before the blade extended to the length of a WideSword . He slashed the air with it 3 times, sending out 3 WideSword energy slashes ahead. The 3 slashes destroyed the Ice Cubes, revealing Xen behind them, beaten a bit. Jake turned the end knob returning the Variable Sword to dagger length. He quickly turned the hilt around in spots again until the sword grew in length tremendously. It was a miracle he was able to even hold it. He swung the giant sabre once, even from where he stood, across the arena from Xen, Xen was forced to duck the blade. Jake swung it once more catching Xen off guard.

"Grr, not to mention its also a miracle he's not crying..."
Xen growled as he lay face down on the cold tile. He had trouble standing, for the sword cut into his knees, leaving a deep gash. He climbed up to his knees, chip slot shot open, and a big round steel looking ball apparated out of nowhere, in front of Xen (Howitzer chip). A grey streak shot out of the ball, as it opened, and dissapeared. Suddenly Jake was surrounded by a massive explosion, keeping him busy.

In the meantime, Xen got up to his feet, leaning forward from the wound in his knees. Smoke covered the arena by Jake from the Howitzer, Xen shouted at him.

"If you wanted to play with swords so much, you shoulda told me!"

Xen's chip slot opened, reaveling two chips, Popup and Muramasa . The smog by Jake cleared, he shot with his blaster wildly, expecting to hit Xen. He sighed in relief, and lowered his blaster, and yawned. Xen suddenly appeared right in front of him, his right hand grasping a silver sword, glaring in the sunlight. It all happened so quickly, Xen brougth the monstrous sword upon Jake, slicing into him, leaving a huge cut which marked all the way across his chest. Xen then dissapeared again.

Jake flung around like a possesed animal, covering his chest with his left arm, right extended, blaster pointed in every direction, waiting for a sign of Xen.

"I know your out there Xen, come out and fight!!!"

Jake spat. Xen stopped running in circles around Jake, and activated his Recov120 chip. His body glowed for a second, and he dissapearred again. But just before he totally faded away again, Jake bombed him with his fully charged up blaster, which forced him into the power cage, backwards. Xen rested on his knees, Popup was ending, he was coming back into sight, he groaned. Xen knew Jake, however being injured so much already, was fully prepared for him with distance attacks, his blaster was ready. Just before he was forced to dodge many blasts from Jake, Xen used his Snakegg2 chip, forming a fire snake somewhere close to Jake, homing in on him.

Xen next found himself flipping, running, and dodging blasts like mad, for many, unsucessful. Jake used his Cannon chip, and focused it on Xen. It stayed locked on on him, Jake grinned, this would be perfect. He took a step back for better aim, stepping directly on the Snake from Xen's Snakegg2. Jake shot, just as a jolt of fire surrounded him, scorching him on the inside. The bullet from Jake's cannon toar into the wall just above Xen's head. Xen rolled away in fear....

Following suit, Jake activated Drop Down . The chip does exactly the same thing that Pop Up does, it cloaks Jake making him invisible unless he attacks.

"Now, I've got a nice plan for you Xen, something you cant dodge!" Xen could hear the activation of a chip. ''Copy Damage!" A red ring of light encricled Xen, but did no damage to him. Then another shout, "Now, Program Advance!" Jake activated 3 chips in a row, Cannons A, B and C . Xen could not see anything coming, because Jake was still invisible thanks to the effects of the Drop Down chip. But the chips had fused together in the P.A. creating the Z-Cannon.

A few seconds had past before Xen was knocked back by a powerful force he couldn't see. He felt as though he himself was blasted back by the cannon. But then he saw, another moment had passed and he had been blasted back again, but he could see the snakegg getting knocked back as well. Jake fully appeared, the Drop Down chip had worn off and it all became clear to Xen. He experianced all damage that the snakegg was taking. The Snakeegg had been blasted back by 3 consecutive blasts from the Z-Cannon, so as it did, Xen did also. The Snakeegg was deleted and the Copy Damage ring vanished leaving Xen weakened. The Z-Cannon had worn out as well and Jake took a defensive stance.

Xen crawled up to a sitting position, he looked around. He had recieved so much damage, everything in his vision was blurry, and shaking. His head and so many other parts were throbbing with pain.

"Gah, now the PA's, I'll settle"

He spoke, his voice was very cracky. He could barely aim at all, but with the PA, he wouldn't have to, so he went for it. Three chips shot out of his chip slot, all alike, all giving him a pikaxe to use. First the ShokWave , then the SonicWave , then the DynaWave . All three waves, which rolled around every way, exept the path to Jake, suddenly dissapeared. A small glowing ball appeared in front of Xen, it switched between colors, and hovered in place. Xen wrapped his hands around it, and slammed it down on the ground. A powerwave of no same appeared, tearing across the tile to Jake, the wave covered every part in front of Xen. Different parts of the wave were different colors, Jake stared in fear at it. He knew he couldn't jump it, even with AirShoes. This wave was known as the incredible PA of SigmaWave.

Jake had a plan though, without breaking a sweat, he would thuart Xen's plan. He grinned evily, taking out a chip quickly, for he could already feel some of the energy from the wave. Xen barely reacted in time, only by seeing the panels cracking, just about to fall apart. Xen knew that Jake had activated Geddon2 . Xen used his chip so quickly, Jake didn't even realize, for Xen used Geddon3 . All the tiles were poisoned, just before they were shredded into nothing. Xen and Jake began to lose healt rapidly, until Xen used Repair , which restored all of the tile close to Xen, leaving only Jake stuck, losing health.

Jake glanced ahead, he might be able to jump to Xen's tiles, but he would have to charge up enough. He finally, after taking much damage, managed to leap over to Xen's tiles, which were clean of poison. Xen despretley needed a break, he gasped for air, he coughed, he dripped energy much. Xen used RollV2 , Xen faded away, and roll took the place of him. Before he left, he used Navi+20 , which powered up Roll. Just as Jake got up to his feet, he was bombarded by attacks from Roll, while Roll restored health to Xen. Jake could barely even attack Roll, but when he finally managed to blast her, she still had enough power to survive, thanks to Navi+20....

Jake was left, gasping, weakened from such a barrage of attacks. "Well then Xen, looks like it's time to stop fooling around and get serious." He said, still panting. He held out a chip. The chip was black, unlike the other chips. He inserted it into his Buster.

"This is one of the dark chips that make the most powerful PA created, but I will not be using such a PA, that kind of power is unnecesary and too risky to try anyway. But this chip alone will be enough! AntiNavi X!" A flash of light burst from Jake's buster. The light wrapped around Roll and her eyes turned red. She turned away from Jake, facing Xen who had been being healed. She dashed over to him and began attacking him while healing Jake now.

Roll only had a small amount of energy left, so with a Sword chip Xen was able to take her out before she did too much damage. He looked up, whipped by Roll, but he didnt see Jake anywhere. But he heard a buzzing noise. A noise that came from a cyber sword. He turn around as quickly as he could, but Jake had shouted the command. "Elemental Sword P. A.!" The rainbow colored WideSword flashed red "FireSword!" as Jake slashed at him with the ElemSwrd. "Aqua Sword!" He slashed again, the sword was blue tinted. "Elec Sword!" he slashed another time with the ElecSword. "And Bamboo Sword!" He slashed at him a final time with the Bamboo Sword. Then he activated AirShot Knocking Xen back several feet into the Geddon 3 area. Finally, he activated LavaBall He fired a fire engulfed Howitzer shot into the Geddon 3 area. The poison immediately caught fire, trapping Xen in the flames.

Jake stared into the flames, awaiting Xen to appear at any moment. I'm so glad to see Xen's lasted so long, I haven't had a good net battle like this for a long time now.

Xen lay, scroched by the flames, in the deadly arena. Very soon, he would be destroyed, so he used Undershirt . It protected him, but barely. He was left with very little energy left. I HAVE to take action, he thought, and sprung into it with Oo Tsunami . A huge wave like none else emerged from behind Xen, when the chip was inserted into his chip slot. The fire was put out immediatley, relieving xen. But the wave went on, charging at Jake with mass power.

It slammed into Jake, burying him with harsh waves, he gasped for air, floating up to surface as the large pool drained out. Xen fell forward to his knees, Jake, doused in water, had gotten up, and pointed his blaster directley at Xen. He grinned glroriously.



Heh, you lasted awhile, good match..."

Jake shot, the blast quickly trailed at Xen, Xen stared at it, soon it would defeat him. Suddenly he was shocked to his senses, he wouldn't let that happen. He pulled out a chip, he was saving it, but now he despretley needed it.

"NO! HP Max Battle chip, Download!!!"

He glowed red , as the blast from Jake collided with him. It knocked him backwards, he landed back up on his feet, he returned to normal, all his energy was replenished. He glared at Jake, and darted over to him, using ElecSword . He brought the round sword upon Jake, which dealt much damage to him, adding much more thanks to all the water that drenched Jake.

Jake flinched with shock of pain of electricity, but reacted in time. Xen lunged at Jake, who managed to punch Xen across the face in time, knocking him to the floor. Xen and Jake both used KnightSword , attempting to strike eachother. Their swords struck against eachother, they both put all their strength into the swords, pushing up against the other.

"Your dead!"

"Grr, Don't count on it!"

A explosion suddenly skewered the arena, pushing both of them back. They both whipped out two chips, but Jake jumped into action first, using CrossBomb , tossing it at Xen. Xen used Air Shoes , taking off, away from the explosion of the CrossBomb. Xen flew over Jake, shooting him with his gun a few times.

Xen then used his original chip, his chip slot shot open, and revealed Meteor 12 . Tons and tons of meteors suddenly bombarded the arena with flaming boulders, bombing Jake and Xen. Xen dived ahead through an open spot in the power cage, shielding him from the meteors....

The meteors all struck the ground simultaneously. The ground shook, and then split. The power of the meteors destroyed the gates of the arena and a giant cloud of smoke rose from the ground as the meteors continued to plummet.

Xen was so kind as to activate a Fan chip In order to blow away the debris after the 12th meteor hit. The smoke cleared to reveal...no one. A few seconds later, Jake reappeared, beaten and bruised, but not defeated. He was advancing towards Xen. But Jake was different. He was tinted light blue and his shoulders were spiked and pointed backwards. His face was covered up except for his eyes and he looked much sleeker. He charged up energy in his buster. Xen guarded, ready to take the blast. Jake released the charge...and vanished. Silence filled what was once the arena. Jake's footsteps could be heard. He advanced slowly. He could be heard charging again. He reappeared for an instant and vanished as soon as he fired a second time. But no shot came out. Now he was at a run. He appeared behind Xen.

"Shadow Style, very useful. " He said. He took out a chip with light speed. "ZapRing!" Jake fired a ZapRing into the small of Xen's back. Xen was paralyzed but for only an instant.

"Now, if you're going to recover fully, it's only fair if I do as well." He said, getting 3 chips ready. He inserted them into the buster one by one, quickly before Xen was able to move again.

"Recover 300!"
"Holy Panel!"
"Roll V3!"

The program advance activated. The floor beneath Jake became a dazzling diamond as Roll appeared infront of Jake. She lashed and beat Xen more powerfully than Xen's Roll had been able to before turning back to Jake and healing him completely. Xen had been able to move once again, he quickly backed away from Jake, who was smiling underneath his Shadow mask.

"Now, time to turn things in my favor." He pulled out another chip. "Desert Man!" . Desert Man's head appeared out of the mound of sand that had also just appeared. His two hands appeared out of two newly formed mounds of sand as well. They instantly changed into Lion heads made of sand and charged at Xen. Xen was quick to dodge them, but they turned and chased again. Xen was able to quickly destroy them after their 3rd turn around with an Elec Sword

"Very good Xen, now look around you for a second." Jake asked him. Xen looked and saw the ground, completely covered in sand. While the arms of Desertman ran across the ground, they left a trail of sand. Desertman was busy covering the spots that the arms missed. "And now that the stage is completely covered in sand, you'll have a harder time keeping up with me!" Jake said, moving very freely on the five feet of sand. "The Shadow Style also comes equipped with the Shadow Foot custom part, allowing me to move freely over any type of floor without taking damage or whatever from it's effects, even if there is no floor there, even if you count Geddon 3 as well."

He activated another chip. His sword changed once again to the Variable Sword dagger . He turned the knobs of the hilt and the sword became a giant Life Sword long sabre. He swung the Variable Sword down powerfully upon Xen, who could not move fast enough to escape.

Xen fell back from the force of the dagger from Jake. He lie, face up, staring at the power beams in front of him. Jake darted over to him, deciding to smack him around a little bit as long as all he would do is lie down. Jake leaped above him, Xen jumped to his feet, and caught him by the leg. He slammed Jake on the soft ground, and punched him across the face once again.

"Whatta ya say we test our strength, not chips!!!"

Xen kicked him straight in the stomach, then used Buster Punch and repiedetley dealt him blows to all across his body. When BusterPunch finally ran out, Jake felt as if he was hit by a train, he decided it was time to take action on Xen once again. He used M-Cannon , blowing Xen backwards.

Xen spat, then used ProtomanV2 . Protoman appeared right in front of Xen, and charged Jake, dodging every one of his blasts with great agility. He appeared behind Jake, and gave him a quick swipe acroos his whole body with his huge broadsword. Protoman faded away into air, revealing a worn out Xen behind him. Xen limped torwards Jake, shot at him, and finished off with a IronBody chip....
