Toru's Capture (Random)
(Anouncer)
And that's the end of that round monsters and gouls. Our fair fighter just won his second match, here in Agahnim's Collosium. Now, of course these warriors weren't sent here by their own free will, they've been captured and brought here in the Deserts of Gerudo's Valley. We found this young Goron in the peaks of Death Mountain, and believe me, he didn't give up without a fight to the bitter end. Five Darknuts, you heard it right, it took five Darknuts, Ganon's top soldiers, to take down this beast and now he is here for your entertainment. Of course we "promised" them that they'd be set free after three wins, but will we let that happed? (Crowd) No! (Anouncer) That's right my minions of darkness. Now hurry, place your bets for the next battle, because our next fight is about to begin once the Easter Gate rises and the Goron meets his next match. Toru starts to pant a little as he leans over with his hands on his knees. He looks in front of him where the Eastern Gate is and hopes it wouldn't open for a few moments. Toru looks back down at his feet and starts to whisper to himself "How could I have gotten captured by those overgrown tin cans? There's no way out of here unless I win this next battle, and even if I do, theres no certainty that I will be given my freedom back. Sure they gave my my weopons back, but what good are they when there's thousands of Ganon's Minions surounding me, I can't defeat all of them." Thats when Toru heard the familiar sound of the clink clanking of chains as they lifted the Eastern Gate. Toru looked up in front of him and started to stand up straight as he noticed someone was in the shade. Toru yelled out " I don't want to hurt you stranger. You can always turn back. But if this is the only way for my freedom, our freedom, and to see our families again. Then, so be it." He doesn't think the stranger nor the audience heard him over all the ranting going on. The stranger took one step out of the shadows and then a Gerudo warrior rang the gong. The crowd goes wild as they wait and see who Toru's next opponent is....

Re: Toru's Capture (Random)
I stepped forth from the darkness that was my sanctuary of safety to be instantly blinded by that predicting light of a forth-coming doom. Unable to stop myself from squinting my dark brown eyes I took his words to heart, but I couldn’t back down. One more battle that was it. One more... I kept telling myself that over and over again, but my adolescent years as a gladiator tore my false hope apart with the painfully reality. For it was only a ploy to brainwash gladiators into thinking that if they keep fighting to gruesome and brutal end they’ll go free... In the back of my mind I knew one of us was going to be Lion feed and the other would shortly follow.
Sick, and unnerving to know ones resting-place would be in the bowls of a Lion. I know because I've lived this life for too long. Rion the young Paladin-- no longer Rion the ******* or Rion the Gladiator. Born into the lowest class of societies. The child of a heirloom slave, raised as a worker from day I could speak and walk. Trained as a warrior when I could hold a sword. I can still remember to this day when I was a mere child. My brown hair was constantly shaved so that other could see the marking branded into the back of my head. ”*******” Of course those days are behind me now, but it's amazing how one can never escape his past no matter how hard I run or hide behind the name as a missionary of god. This was proof enough for me, but did I have it in me? Can I kill this... What the hell is he. My sight was coming too and I could see him perfectly now. By god’s grace he's huge or was it a Curse... Not only that he’s far from human. "And his opponent! Rion some Priest or sorts to a pagan religion captured during the raid or New Kasuto He put up quite an astonishing yet futile fight. It took platoon after platoon of Ganon’s finest." True were his words, but it was shameful that I met my end through my own strengths, mercy and compasion. "Please! I only carrying out orders." She looked so helpless-- laying just before me, disarmed, and frantic. DaS juna, I think her name was pronounced-- the very last survivor of the second wave and the very last one before I try to make my escape. I won’t ever forget that look either, that false face of fear masking her sinister plot; and those fake tears that went surrendering to gravity. The way she reached up stretching her left hand outwards begging no, pleading for my greatest strength. But to my misfortune the other went reaching back to turn my strength into a fool’s weakness. I can still... even now remember that particular scent... the smell of fresh blood taken from Das Juna’s comrades. I don’t remember how it got there, but it was painted on her face. A smeared stain on her left cheek with dried droplets that covered most of her face. And it was that tear that had turned red just before it fell from her chin, that villainous tear that pulled the sword straight from my hands... and all... all before the gasping and tormenting pain that tore my flesh asunder. It was a painful act from a vengeful hand taking me completely by surprise. "So... You won't back down." He spoke during our stare down. Neither budging only staring deep into each other eyes, but more of me staring at his protruding and oversized chest then anything. Whatever this thing was... it scared me. "We don't have a choice." I spoke but my voice trembled with another weakness of mine. Fear of those bigger them me, but who could blame me for such. Fear not. I told myself, for it was David—a Common boy who had slain Goliath the titan. And so be it with God’s strength I too will have to slay my own titan. "Well, You're right. We don't, but you know neither one of us is going free. One of us will just keep fighting and fighting until we can’t fight anymore. Each time with the promise, one more and you go free." "I'm quite aware of that so... Forgive me." Using a voice of stern calmness, I reached up and took hold of my sword- My cross that I bore since my days as a gladiator and far into my days of a Soldier. Still I bear it as a constant reminder to the cost of freedom. By now the crowd was roaring for a fight, minutes had pasted after the gong has sounded, yet neither of us had made any attempt to begin a fight. I suppose it was up to me. I did have one advantage though,. He was tired, and I wasn’t. Having a little time to rest gave me enough spiritual power for perhaps a few tricks. Of course even a cornered mouse can scare the most agile, and fearsome of cats and in my case it was more like the mouse was cornering the cat, a big one. Leaving all thoughts behind him me I charged, leading with my buckler, keeping the sword above me for a clean attack.... Amazing the last thought that ran through my head before we started dueling and how true the statement when he knocked the wind clean out of me. I’m going to get hurt.

Re: Toru's Capture (Random)
As the gladiator comes rushing in I pick up my trusty BG Sword but instantly noticed he left a clear opening for me to hit his abs. I still draw my sword just to confuse him and in the last second I withdrew my sword and gave him a clear jab to his gut. I don't want to kill the lad, but rough him up enough so I can win. I know both of our lives are on the line, and I promise myself, if I get out of here, I'll get every slave free from this wretched place. Especially this warrior that's laying on the ground. The young gladiator leaps back onto his feet and gives a quick rub to his stomach to wipe away whatever pain was there. I drew my sword once more and swung it horizontally at him with one hand. He instincly blocked it with his sword pointing upwards. One hand on the hilt and the other on the blade, using most of his strength and pushed my blade back. I drew back and gave him a verticle swing this time. He dodged to his left and jumped to the air and kicked my face. It didn't do much to me but give me a smudge on my face. He was too fast, but I can be faster. I reached for my seed satchel and pulled out three Pegasus seeds and poped them in my mouth. I drop my very large sword and give him a grin. He gives me a puzzled look as if he were asking "What did he put in his mouth, and why did he put down his sword?".
Without question he begins to charge towards my side and I pinch his arm and fling him a couple of yards. All I needed was a little bit of time. I could see that the boy wasn't injured, so he'll be ok...for now. I bent my legs, hugged them tightly, placed my head on my knees and now I look like a very large boulder. I hold my breath and out popped my spikes, then finally exhale. I see the young lad scurry to his feet. The only dissadvantage about rolling is I don't get a clear view of things. It's like I see a picture every 3 seconds while I roll. I start rolling towards the boy, making treading my tracks with my spikes along the way. I start to gain speed, the seeds are finally kicking in. One moment I see him up and about, trying to find his sword. The next picture I see him bigger, I must be gaining on him. And the next....POW! I felt him hit my back. I turn give a U-turn to see where he landed. Nothing to see but a shred of sky, monsters sitting in the Collosium, and desert sand. I hope thats enough for the boy, I don't want to kill him. I don't!

Re: Toru's Capture (Random)
He’s coming back... I told myself grunting as I lifted myself from the ground. With a roll to the left I heard him wizz by. My mind was racing to try to find a solution but the best one I came up with was the classic rep cape Toro. He came and came again each time missing by the threads of a thin hair. I constantly kept making zigzag patterns. First Running to the left, then to the right after each dodge. Slowly working my way closer to the coliseum wall only hoping this would work.
Spinning out with a very sharp turn he came up from behind me and I still had a good distance between me and the wall and not a lot between him and me. I gave everything I had in that dash moving my legs with great strides, pumping my arms furiously. Using the sounds of his locomotive rolling as motivation-- I wasn’t about to be killed by a giant roly-poly. I could feel his rolling presence breathing down my back, threatening to run me through once again. Being ran over once was enough for me, and with a leap and a kick off the wall I back flipped over him. He crashed directly into the wall, and unrolled himself dazed and delusional. As I came down I dragged my sword down his back hide, but to my dismay when it didn’t even leave a scratch. Only adding more to my fear when he didn’t even realize I did it. “What in god’s name are you made of?” I shouted now standing on both feet keeping my guard up. Wasting no time with his response I made a bat like swing and cracked him in the side of the head with the side of my bas tard sword. A loud ting sent my blade vibrating in my hand that shook my arms loose. He had to feel that one I thought. His oversized body spun around violently and his fist came racing towards my face so fast I didn’t even have the time to react and was forced to take the earth-shattering blow. It was the last thing I remembered. I blacked out and came too just before I hit the ground a good ten feet away from him. Now I was mad. I could feel my timid and cautious self, fading away and my barbaric ways of a gladiator forcing it self in my mind. Overcome with aggression I rose from the ground as if the blow was nothing more then a stern slap, but I’m sure my nose was broke. How could it not? My eyes narrowed and my sight became blurred with rage and adrenaline. It was pumping through my veins like the blood pumping down my face. It was as if the devil himself possessed me and everything I learned as paladin went to waste. Screaming and running I advanced and engaged him head on. I detected every strike of his almost as if I knew what was happening before it did. And each time blocked accordingly making counter attacks. Then came his gargantuan fist, but I used all my strength and smashed it from the side with my buckler taking a direct thrust to his stomach to run him through. I made a mistake though, and didn’t notice how long his arms were, and I was perfectly within range. The other hand wrapped around my face. I looked straight into his eyes continuously the gap of his fingers while Toru slammed my head into the wall behind him. Toru didn’t let go either and swung me around several times. Afterwards hurling me straight up into the air. I passed through the air a good twenty feet flying-- higher, and higher then significantly faster and faster when one of my greatest foes took advantage of my flight, gravity. Plummeting downwards I landed flat on my stomach and stayed still for a long time. This guy was tearing me apart, but I Still had a lot of fight left. Rolling over I watched the sun take a strange eclipse and a large shadow came towering over me. The edges of his face seemed like they were glowing, and he stood over my pummeled boy with that large claymore like sword back in hand. “I don’t want to kill you...” He spoke in that thick voice of a Goron. I came later to realize that’s what he’s race was called. “You don’t have much of a choice do you, but don’t think I’m done fighting.” He smiled and shook his head. I took that time to summersault backwards and push up when I was just underneath him. The lower part of my body launched upwards and I extended my leg using all that force to strike him in the chin, and it worked. He instantly snapped back and staggered until he lost his balance. Following through I arched my back and landed on feet in a gymnastic fashion. “Saint’s Cross!” I announced the short incantation and threw my arm into the air above. A bright light blinded the crowd, a light so bright that it could only have been heaven sent. I let my arm fall slowly aiming the bright and holy light that bathed my sword at this... this beast named Toru. A gentle beast that I wish I had met in a different place and on different terms. He looked up just in time to see the holy beam of light smash into him, and lift him from the ground. Holding his stiff that even the most simple of movements was impossible. I swung my arm as hard as I could to the left and watched his now weightless body hit the ground with all the force of his bulk. Then to the right I turned and swung the sword over my head, smashing him into the earth once again. Time and time again I did this until the spell wore off and he fell from the air into a heap and hit the ground a mess. It only lasted a minute or so, but every minute to a gladiator is another lifetime, another minute to live. Watching him lay here I knew the final blow could be now, I held sword with a tight grip of both hands and ran towards him and threw myself on his chest with my sword pinned to his throat. His eyes searched franticly for something anything, but he could only submit when I grunted and pressed the sword deeper against the tender flesh of his neck. I looked up to see what I had to do. The dark figure turned his thumb up then without mercy turned his hand downward. My head fell and I looked at him in the eyes, he had the same eyes as that woman. Fear, remorse, he was thinking of his family I bet. He spoke of that before... “I can’t do it.” I spoke weakly dropping my sword standing upright. “I just can’t.” My lord has taught me this. Do evil upon those, and have those do evil upon you. He shot up from the ground and slammed his fist into my face again sending me to the ground unarmed and broken. “Is there no other way....” Toru spoke in shame. “No...” My response came quick and sharp. Live or let live... That was my question. My lord my be weeping tears of sorrow now. I suddenly was overcome with my own foolish mistake. I could of killed him, but I did not. I started to rise, and crawled for my sword. He didn’t bother attacking me, but the second before I reached my blade his sword stubby leg crashed into my leather armor. I grabbed my blade quick and turned to swipe at his ankle. Taking a clean chuck of flesh, and his rock hard skin right out of him.

Re: Toru's Capture (Random)
"AAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhg!" the hard roar rang throughout the stadium. I picked up my sword, and with the blunt side, I batted him off a couple of feet so I could tend to my wound. I knelt down and rubbed my tender flesh and started to say a prayer:
" Red with fire, burned by hate. Tell me Goddesses what's my fate. Goddess of Fire, Power, and Land. It's your symbol on my hand. Give me the strength to subdue this foe, so I can conquer with this final blow!" A crimson fire engulfed my hands. I have called forth the Legendary "Din's Fists". Just like the young warrior, I raised my hand above me, towards the sky. But he isn't going to fly like I was a moment ago. I'm going to burry him underneith my awesome power. "Quake!" I yelled out even louder than my agonizing roar, and slammed my fist to the ground. Nothing happened for two seconds at most, and the young gladiator flipped back onto his feet like before, expecting the worst to come with his fist and sword out in front. But it wasn't I that he is about to battle next. It's going to be the ground he stands on that he will have to conquer. Silence finally broke between us as the ground started to shake below his feet and the earth began to crack below my fist. The warrior was smart enough not to stay on the ground for long because he'd loose his balance. What he didn't see where the cracks branching off from my fist to his feet. When he landed from his previous jump, the earth began to crumble benieth his feet. He tried to jump out, but little did he know, he was actually falling into the crater my fist had made. He fell into the crater hard with some rocks, dirt and debree on his chest. I knew he was still alive. I could hear him slapping his own chest as he tries to pump out the dirt from his lungs. I walked over to the edge of my crater. I'd say it was pretty deep...exactly how I wanted it. My crimson fists have died down, so the spell has died as well. I dropped my sword and watched him scurry to his feet as I curled up into a boulder once more. I didn't need my Pegasus Seeds this time. I had acceleration of my own. I started to roll down the crater right towards him. He tried the Toro technique and it worked to my dismay. But what's different than last time is: there is no wall for me to crash into, just up hill so I can come back and return for another hit. He tried running up the hill but I simply crossed his path above him and the sand below me did the job of bringing him back down to the middle. Everytime I tried, he was always a hair off of being hit. He was fast, I'll admit that. But I have other tricks up my sleeve. As I came down the crater again, a second before I hit him, I could see he was going to jump to his right, so I stuck out my left hand. POW! Right on his chest. I knocked the air right out of him. I stopped and unrolled myself. I picked him up from his anckle and before we could meet face to face, he grabbed for my pouch and took out two Pegasus Seeds! With his free foot, he kicked my nose and started to dash up the crater once more. I tended my nose for a second as he dashed up the hole. I knew he was way too fast for me, so I though of using the ground on my side again. I started to make a land slide by swiping away the rocks and dirt around me. I could see him slowly running down the ditch (or so it looked). That's when he had remembered about the two seeds he held in his palm. He popped one into his mouth and started to outrun my landslide! Great. Now this fight is solely going to be strength vs. speed I thought. He finally ran out of my crater and rested for what seemed like 5 seconds. I gues the Pegasus Seeds speed up his healing as well as his resistance towards pain. I had finally climbed out of the ditch and saw him standing there with his sword in one hand, waiting for me to see what's about to happen next. He started to run around in a circle in the sand until the sand kicked up. Faster and faster he went, I thought the sun and all those blows to the head had gotten to him, but it wasn't that at all. His circle started to expand, and so did the sand...up towards the sky. He had made a sand storm around himself! I looked down at the ground and picked up my sword again. This time, I ran towards the sandstorm instead of waiting for it to come to me. That was a mistake I'll never forget. It was soo dark inside, I could barely see in front of my face. I heard his voice chuckling at my dismay. I started to swing my sword blindly, missing every time. That's when I noticed the sandstorm started to pick up even more. To my guess, he had just swallowed his last seed. I guess having a smaller body, the seeds effect you for longer periods of time. That's when it happened. I felt him kick my arm. In the complete darkness, and with all that speed he had conjured up, I had swore that punch was made by a fellow Goron. I tried to stay alert. But how could I when I couldn't see anything. I could detect him all around me, but he was way too fast to find out where and when was he at a certain spot. POW! Another hit, this time to my face. The wind and sand really started to pick up. He must be planning something, I doubt he could withstand much longer because I know I can with his kicks. That's when it hit me. POW! This time it was to my already injured anckle. I fell, but not to the ground?! The young warrior has created so much wind that I wasn't touching the ground anymore. Of course I was only about two feet above the ground, but that was just enough to get him started. Two minutes have passed and I couldn't get myself standing up because now I'm over seven feet off the ground! Seven to ten, ten to fifteen, and then fifteen to I don't know how many. I just started to hover higher and higher off the ground. Then it finally happened. I was spit out of the top of the sandstorm and fell many many feet to the ground. I crashed remarkably hard onto the ground. I could feel the wind and the sand...they are dying out. I guess the Pegasus Seeds are finally wearing out, and so is the boy. With my body sort of mangled on the ground, I turn my head to the right, where the storm was. All I could see now is a boy kneeling on one knee, trying to catch his breath, as a mound of sand circles him...

Re: Toru's Capture (Random)
Those seeds were something else I thought. With one I ran with the speed of a wind demon, racing against the air with swiftness of a demonic force. Whatever they were I had it in my mind they were evil and I wished upon myself to never rely on their strength ever again. The speed and the power they granted were far past miraculous, but to great for a any easily influenced human and so great it could easily be abused. Those were my thoughts and though they were great the cost left my body with a burden to much to bare. Having pushed my body that fast and that hard was in it self a crippling blow of unrelenting magnitude. My legs felt weak and unresponsive and my chest felt like it was going to explode both lungs and heart. I could feel my own heart beat, pumping and beating each time giving me a painful reminder to what I had done. I was so tired I thought it was going to be impossible to even make the attempt to stand. Never had I ran like that, never had I achieved such speed and velocity, and smiling I thought to myself that never shall I run like that again.
Whispering a prayer a blessed light bathed me from just above my head and trickled down like water in a style and in form of pixie dust until fading away into nothingness. “The Nun’s nurture.” It was like a gentle caring hand swept across my wounds, and my tiredness to lift it away from my weary soul. The light was so warm and soothing that it brought me to peace every time. With peace of mind and renewed body I rose from my kneel remembering everything of my teachings. My once feeble and unreliable legs were now feeling more like strong beams of iron that could carry the world. Tensing my grip around the hilt of this sword I slowly let it drift in front of me. It was gathering the light from the atmosphere creating its own gentle and healing breeze, harvesting energy for a powerful attack and a glorious metamorphosis. The light took a physical tantalizing form gathering in chucks of illuminating sprits of the sun’s gift. While the tide of dust that was circling around me continued it was forced out in countless waves. Perhaps the affects from the holy energy pouring into my blade, and myself creating an angel’s rhythmic sound as it did so. My sword was singing a deadly solo for my adversary. The glow on my sword began to cape my body drenching my ragged cloths and beaten armor in a bath of glory. Starting with a thin outline of my edges the great and miraculous transformation began to take place. At first the tip of my thin sword. It changed growing in length and adding in thickness becoming stronger then before. Then hilt taking a cross like shape with a rose embroidered in the center of the blade, just above the handle itself. Green vines grew from this metallic rose, reaching up either side of the blade in perfect symmetry. Turning metallic themselves they became a part of this holy blade. The transformation worked its way from my sword to my left arm turning the casual leather brace into a gauntlet of god’s alloy. Fine gold lettering of the angel’s script burned into the silver gauntlet forever marking me with the name “Angel of Mercy.” The letters were completely unreadable to me. Each one was detailed beyond my wildest dreams. Crafted in a way that no mortal could ever recreate these pieces of art. The light pushed upward articulating a golden chain mail from the gauntlet to the cook of my arm where the armor began to take shape. Spreading across my chest like a wild fire covering me from my neck, burning down to my toes. Like a plague it came around my other arm infecting my leather buckler with this god sent light. Changing it with a blinding swirl of pale whitish glow. It took the shape of a circular iron shield with a four-inch spike that had grown out of the arched center. Then a Red Cross burned into the chest plate a simple cross, but had more meaning behind it then I would ever know. My head was yet to be armored and appearing above me was a silver helmet adorned with the same golden lettering on either side. It had thick silted visor and a red blood stained blade protruding from the top that curved down to the back of my neck and arching outwards. Gently descending on my head the final piece unraveled itself a blood red cape fell from the back of my shoulders unrolling until it feel just and inch from the ground, straight and fine as silk should be, without any from of wrinkle or crease. When the light faded I stood there a knight in full armor, the armor of a true paladin and words could not describe the shape I had taken other then it was heaven sent shouting perfection from every crimp and bend. I lifted the great sword I had named Charity and brought the hilt to my hip holding it with a firm, yet loose grip. It still shined with the holy light from before. And my other hand I brought the shield that I had named Salvation directly in front of my chest as a knight would before battle, slamming the shinning great sword against my shield three loud times. Each time creating a thunderous beat that echoed throughout the silent coliseum. The Goron had risen to witness it all his face expressed the lost look through a mist of confusion and perhaps even fear. He had seen something indescribable as so did the silent crowd each baring the same face as the confused Toru. I stepped forth with a heavy foot making a great thud in the dead silence, then another step all the same. Taking a wild swing the sword cut through the air a mere ten feet away from Toru, but the holy energy was without physical limits. Taking his body and throwing it back with such force that it took the wind right out of him. It was a surprise to see how agile I was in this armor, it was weightless, but felt stronger then anything I ever knew. “Who are you! What are you!” Toru shouted in a crazed panic knowing full well the answers to his question. “I am Rion... The Paladin of Mercy, and Missionary of God, but today I am a gladiator.” The words escaped my visor clear and without stutter. Having spoken those words I marched forward, sword at my side, and shield before me. This was the armor of Angels and in it... I felt invincible.

Re: Toru's Capture (Random)
The question still ran through my head, "Who are you? Who are you?" even after he had told me. From that moment onward, he was no longer the young warrior, or young lad, he know has a title...Rion. He threw me a few yards back with that sword of his and I still haven't stood up yet. Throughout this battle, I've been trying to find out Rion's weakness, but it seems he doesn't have one. I toss him all around, but he continues to stand on both feet. I continue to lay on the ground, staring at him, hoping to regain some strength back. After the first two battles and now this, I don't think I'll be seeing my family anytime soon. He calls himself "The Paladin of Mercy" and yet he hasn't found mercy to finish me off. The Holy Gladiator is just standing there. I think he is waiting for me to stand up so we can continue the battle. I'll admit, he is an honorable foe. It doesn't seem he would hit a man while he is down. I rolled over onto my stomach and started to get back on my feet. Now standing, eye to eye, I could get a better look at what my opponent has become. It looks as if all the cuts and bruises have healed themselves. And here I'm exhausted as ever, waiting for my end to come. With his right hand, he threw his shield at me like a flying disk. Without reacting quickly, the shield sliced at my left shoulder and stuck onto the coliseum wall. I drew my right arm to my new wound and started to walk towards my sword which was lying between both of us. Rion lifted his right arm and extended all of his fingers out towards me. I heard a small creaking sound behind me and decided to take a look. I noticed his shield was slowly wiggling out of the cement wall. He was calling forth his shield with his hand. This frightened me a little. I knew who this man was, but, what is he? The only ones I've seen with such power would be Agahimn and Ganondorf, but he spoke of a God earlier, not of a Goddess. I knew he was deffinentally not from my world of Hyrule. The shield flung out of the wall and sliced my other arm. I had expected as much would happen. The shield returned to his right arm and then he lifted his left arm that held the holy sword. With the blade parallel to the ground, he pointed it at me, then at the ground below my feet, then to the sky above his head. Suddenly I was flung into the air, being guided by his sword, as I crashed onto the opposite wall of the coliseum. Benieth all the dirt and rubble, I could see Rion turning around and heading towards me. Trying to buy as much time as possible, I reached into my satchel and pulled out three Ember Seeds. I flung them as hard as I could, and they landed twenty feet infront of me. Smoke emited from them and then it happened, a wall of fire broke out. This was my only line of defence for the time being. My lower back and legs were trapped undernieth large blocks of the cement wall that broke off. As the flaming wall danced in front of me, I swore I saw a small Goron reaching his hand out calling out my name, "Papa.....Papa". I looked in the sun's haze and softly called out "Koman....". I didn't notice it at the time but, it seemed as if Rion has walked across the battle field and separated the wall of flame in two. He walked over to me and heard me calling out an unfamiliar name to him...."Koman". I stretched out my free hand towards my son, but little did I know, it was the gladiator. Until our hands grasped I knew it was him. I didn't know if he was about to attack me, or helping me to get up. But just to make sure, I started to say my prayer once more:
"Red with fire, burned by hate Tell me Goddesses what's my fate. Goddess of fire, power, and land its your symbol on my hand ..."

Re: Toru's Capture (Random)
For a moment I held his hand watching his face look up at mine. Then with a stern pull he came rising up almost effortlessly. This armor seemed to be more then just for protection, I felt stronger I even felt faster. He was confused and didn’t know what to do. The crowd was appealed by this act of chivalry acting out by shouting and throwing random objects into the ring booing the name of Rion. Still holding his hand I bore down a tight grip crushing the bones in his hand. His face twisted with pain and he pulled a flaming fist back as if he were going to strike me, but before the Goron knew what happened the I planted my back against him with a leg in-between his. The movement was so quick that the spin created a small cloud of dust around us. Throwing my head back I sliced his chest open with the helmets decoration piece then flipped him over my shoulder. All before his arm could get ready to strike. When he rose I took a step towards him twisting my wrist to hold my blade at the side using the glare of the blade to aim at his eyes. A gladiators trick before he delivered the final blow.
Then a strange pain overcame me, my head ached and burned, my eyes felt like they were going to explode and the world faded around me. I came to one knee stiff and unmoving. The Goron Rose and looked at my body kneeling their motionless, both shield and sword still in head. In the helmet I looked through the metallic inside with frenzied and panicking eyes I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. ”CHARGE!” The order was so loud and so forceful that even in this realm of fantasy that I rose in my panicked state back in the stadium. Around me were hundreds of warriors, old comrades and fellow B*stards most born of harem slaves like I. I lifted that sword and cut down a foe when I reached their lines, stabbing another in a brutal and primal urge, but mostly out of fear. In the gladiator ring I was stabbing the air and screaming in a crazed panic. The Goron’s couldn’t make out what I was doing and decided ran up to me hammering his sword into the chest of my armor. In my dream like state I felt the massive club hit my chest and throw me back by a Goliath of a man.... I remember him. He came up with his oversized weapon and tried to smash my face in. The Goron was above me and tried to stab through my visor, but my body rolled to the left and kicked out his legs sending him to the ground. The large man hit the ground hard and I rolled over jumping on him trying to put my sword in his neck. He snapped up and grabbed both of my wrists lifting me in the air as he stood. Head butting me face twice he sent a shower of raining blood down my face and crippling me to the ground after he dropped me. The Goron dropped me from the ground and kicked my angelic sword away. Toru lifted his sword above his head to finish me off again. I was so scared I didn’t know what to do I was panicking so much when that beast of a man grabbed me by my throat and began choking me to death. I couldn’t breathe. My eyes searched around hoping to see a comrade that would help me, but I only watched them die one after another before our own archers set fire on us. I was gagging and the Goron paused and took a few steps back as I kicked the air holding the air as if two invisible hands were taking the life out of me. “I don’t see him where is he?” The Goron asked figuring something was attacking me. But in my dream like state I couldn’t hear him only the large man crushing my esophagus with his massive hands. A smile formed on his lips as he lifted my head and slammed it against the ground several times before I passed out. “Wake up Rion...” “Wake up!” “Rion get the hell up!” A stern kick in my chest jolted me awake and I snapped back to reality in the coliseum starring at the Goron walking towards me.... Walking towards me with his large weapon and giant body. Is my nose bleeding I thought somersaulting backwards reaching for my sword over my shoulder. Where was it? I thought looking around me, it was over there behind him. “Damn it.” I spoke throwing my shield at him, but he batted it away, either way I just wanted it to get my sword. The shield spun around flying through the air and rolling across the ground at a tilt, tilting further as it came towards the sword, the handle catching the edge of the hilt before going air born with the sword. The goron took a step the left smiling knowing the shield was coming back, but was shocked to the see it carrying Charity. “Well you’re just full of tricks aren’t you Rion.” He spoke a little more confidant now. I guess my weakness was giving him strengtht. “The man was killed... The archers set fire after we failed to break the first line. Most of us were killed, and so was the man trying to kill me.... What nation sets fire on their own troops.” I muttered having completely recovered from my flashback. I remembered where I was... But now I was scared that Goron... I could almost see that man in him. Flashing back and forth between the Goron, and that man. They were the same height, same strength, and same fear that left me paraplized...

Re: Toru's Capture (Random)
Even under that angel-like helmit, I could see his eyes tremble behind the metal plates. I took the moment before it would pass. An opening to his weakness. I don't know what was happening to him earlier, something was going on that I couldn't see...possibly in his mind, but whatever it is, it lead me to an open opportunity to knock him down to his rear. I spun my sword around so the blade no longer points to the sky, but towards the ground. I started to charge in and tackled him, shoulder-to-gut. He went bouncing back a few feet. I was sure enough I would have done more damage, but it must be is new outfit that's making him more invincible. He started to get back onto his feet as I charged in for another attack. He quickly grabbed his sword and swung it parallel to the ground at my feet, making me trip and kiss the ground where I was standing. I wanted to test out this new armor of his. If he can withstand my blade, the awesome power of my pegasus seeds, and break apart a wall of flame, I then have one left trick up my sleeve...my Flower Bombs.
I've harvested these Flower bombs myself, I had to be careful at all times because it has been said that ten alone can take down a Big Goron. I'm no Big Goron. I am just a regular sized one. Big Gorons can live up to the size of mountains! If ten bombs can take one down, I wonder if one can take Rion down. They usually explode in a matter of 5 seconds after being irritated or plucked, but I've found a way so I can make them mobile. What I've done is surgically removed the acidic part of the plant that causes the charge for the plant to explode, and since that acid has been removed, all I must do is throw a flower bomb with an Ember seed and BOOM! I begin to pick myself up, and meet Rion face to face. I quickly check inside my pouch to see how many Ember seeds I had left. Rion glared at my bare hands and noticed the ruby seeds from before "Not this old trick again", then I responded with "Yah, this old trick". I quickly threw my last two Ember seeds to the ground and smoke began to emit from them. I could tell that Rion felt confident since he has overcome this "old trick" before. He slashed his sword through the air and tossed me back a few yards. I landed on the ground hard, but looked up if the flame has begun. To my luck, the flame grew about 4 feet and counting. I could see him give me a smirk, and I returned the favor of giving one of my own. The wall of flame grew higher and higher until I couldn't see his face. That was when I reached into my bomb pouch and took out the only three flower bombs I had on me. If I only knew that fate was going to bring me here, I would have brought more. I put one back into the pouch and held one bomb in each hand. I waited until I could see the flames begin to part and see his face once more. I want to see the expression on his face when I do this, and for him to be in the middle of it all. The flame began to part down the middle. Now that his face and chest was visible, this was my opportune moment. I quickly threw the two bombs into the flames. For that milli-second I saw his face frown in confusion to what I just did, then a shock of terror at what he saw by his feet. KABOOOOOM!!!! Black smoke hovered up into the sky, as I waited for any sign of life...
