Re: A Tangible Destiny (Bahamut)

Ooc: Ok, I'll use Zohik of course. Ok this will take place in a Lava Volcano, and It doesn't really matter what time of day. It is rainign outside though.

IC: Warmth, it was the only thing Zohik felt. He was sitting on the ledge of a mighty lake of lava. Boiling bubbles popped and made Zohik stand. He didn't know what led him to this horrific place but It didn't trouble him. He leaned against the steaming wall, his bare skin burning from it's heat. He was only wearing leather boots and a pair of white baggy pants. His sword laid to his right near the edge of the lava pool.

"What can this sword bring me anyway? Death? I Don't want death but neither do others. What does this give me other then death?" He spoke to himself, but something came to his attention before reaching for it.

"It can bring many things, one of them being to make a different world. If someone were to die from that blade people would know, it would change their lives even though you don't think so. So, if you'd like to know what this sword can bring for you, if can bring anything." A voice said from the hot shadows.

"May I ask who you are?" he asked to the shadows but the man didn't answer. "The last thing my sword can bring is change. You know nothing of my sword. And may I ask why you are in such a Blistering hot place?"

"I could ask the same of you." The man said but he did not answer Zohik's first question. "My business is my own why i am here but I know you would like to share yours." He spoke slowly.
"Why do you lean against that wall when it burns your flesh? It may leave a scar if your not careful." The man said to Zohik.

"Unlike what people say, scars don't stay with you forever. I know what does. I would not Like to share with you my thoughts but if you'd like to know my feelings right now then by all means come and feel them." Zohik Reply with a strong voice.

Magma Lava waves up to the ledge where zohik once sat. His sword lay only a few feet away. Zohik's eyes went wide and just started to go for his sword but the man dashed over quickly stopping him and holding the sword down with his foot.
"What is it about this sword that you need?" The man said, his face now showing clearly in the warm light. His eyes filled with question and his weight seemed almost as if it were able to bend the sword.

"If you think you should have the right in asking me then why are you so special?" Zohik asked the man with strick seriousness in his words. "Please step of my sword."

Re: A Tangible Destiny (Bahamut)

"Well, we may find out the meaning to this blade, if we shall battle. This may bring life, it may bring death, for all our puny lives know, it could bring destiny to the miserable race we call "men". What say you?" Seryth stated.

"In a steaming, boiling place, you should probably prepare for the intenseness of the heat that dwells here." said Zohik, lifting Hokiju out of the step of Seryth. "If we shall know through battle, then it must be done." With that, there was an explosion of magma in the pool lava, drips of it falling onto the warriors, though they didn't flinch.

"Then what are we waiting for, then?" Seryth interrogated.

"Destiny." replied Zohik. "Isn't that what any living man or beast would
desire?"

"Yes, we begin, then."

Another explosion blasted and the sound was resonant, vibrating the edges of the volcano.

Zohik dashed at Seryth with speed that may have matched that of sound. Seryth quickly pulled out his two Chief Blades and readied himself for impact. The attack was parried with the crossing of his two blades in front of his chest. Though the impact sent him flying back into the wall of the volcano. The walls shook hurrendously. Seryth barely stood on the his narrow ledge, and did a frontflip over to the back of Zohik. Steel clashed as if the battle were somehow rehearsed, for every attack each opponent executed was succesfully parried. The reverberation filled the Volcano with constant echoes.

Seryth eventually ended the sequence by attacking Zohik in the face with the hilts of both blades. Zohik backed up and held his face wound, blood beginning to seep through. "If this is all that you can muster, then you have been sent to death."

"No, this is only the beginning." answered Seryth. If somehow in telepathy, both warrios dropped their blades and hand to hand combat took place. Both sending powerful punches back and forth. Soon, their bdoies were covered in bruisess and blood. They both again picked up blades at the same time. How is this...telepathy...happening betwenn us?, Zohik thought.

"Do you wonder of the perfectly timed sequence in our actions?" Seryth asked.

"I have a hint." answered Zohik.

"Alright, you shall find the full reason later." The muscial clash ob steel against steel reverberated through the volcano yet again.

Re: A Tangible Destiny (Bahamut)

The volcano sent up Zohik's blood but it gave him discomfort. Heat was a tricky element but if it could be held to a warrior's advantage then he could win easily against any opponent. He didn't know how to surpress it though as did no one.

"So shall we go at it once more?" Seryth questioned Zohik with ease in his voice.

"If you'd like. This time I won't use your moves though." Zohik replied.

Seryth picked a perfect place to fight against Zohik, heat surpased him greatly and he would rise faster through anger with it. Blood pumped faster and faster through Zohik's veins as he breathed in the as though boiling air. His eyes were almost closed and he tilted his foot ready to attack. Seryth noticed this from rumors, but he wondered who that warrior was that knew and could live to tell his secret. Seryth did the same and tilted his foot. As a reaction Zohik brang up his sword and rested it against his arm. He slowly moved it across, the cold steel a blessing against his beaten heat filled skin. Blood was slowly released from the wound and Seryth watched it closely as it fell down his arm dripping from his fingertips. The deep slow gash was formed around half a foot long and Seryth couldn't understand why he would do then the suddenly realized, "It's a distraction!"
But his thoughts were slightly slower then Zohik's movements and a sword quickly made its way to Seryth's stomach. He moved slightly pushing the blade with his own. It slid in his flesh with the lightest ease and made it's way through. Muscles ripped and blood filled the ground.
"Do you........ think...... I wouldn't be...... able to counter?" Seryth struggled out quickly. His sword came swirling around from the block and he turned it quickly making it go into a stabbing form. Zohik twisted his body and ducked quickly. His body was slightly high and the sword toughed flesh with him. Blood quickly gushed from his lower shoulder. His eyes widened and he did a side flip quickly making his way to the right of Seryth.

"Now we're even..." Seryth said not even bothering with his wound. Zohik reached down and pulled Seryth's blade from his shoulder and tossed it at him.

"No one if even when they make a scratch on their opponent when he made a clear stab. Now let's see if you can move faster and keep more track of your weapon." He said as he stood.

His Gi was shaded red with blood and he clentched it and ripped it off quickly. "So much blood would slow someone down." It fell to the grown and sizzled from it heat. "If you want to see me try harder, I can push. Lets see what happens!" Zohik yelled as he started to clench his fists and flex. His muscles gleamed more the the heat waved in the air. He dashed forward without waiting for Seryth to speak and slashed downwards. Seryth's sword came quickly to block but Zohik parried and slashed once more. It made a quick cut and he continuously slashed and parried. Seryth tried to counter but Zohik's speed only increased when he tried to do so. Suddenly he stopped and seryth slashed at him quickly. He jumped back only to make Seryth's blade hit the ground hard and make the cave of lava and magma echo.

"Hhhhheeeee....Hhhhheeeee" Zohik was breathing deeply as was Seryth and He made his words as short as possible to get air in between. "I'm just started to get to a full start. Show me what you can summon in your strength. I am eager to feel it."

"You shouldn't, I think you under estimate me" Seryth replied slowly. There were slash marks throughout his body and blood ran down his pants and legs.

"I never said I thought you were weak, I just said I wanted to feel it. Now show it!" Zohik yelled out to him.But he didn't get a reply, just an expression.

Re: A Tangible Destiny (Bahamut)

This expression was the beginning of one of Seryth's cheif attacks: Sinsha Slash. A very powerful attack that could almost kill an opponent if used perfectly. Though not one person has mastered it.

"Sinsha Slash!!!" Seryth yelled at the top of his lungs to gain his full power. He scowled at Zohik as he slowly lifted Yasamna and Shokora. Zohik knew naught of this attack or its origins. He stood in amusement as Seryth summoned his magic. Thunder bellowed outside, vibrating the volcano vigorously. Lightning gradually struck the mountain, causing the top to break apart. An enormously strong bolt struck Seryth, though only a small flinch was a reply to this gigantic bolt. It seeped through both of his blades, giving them a light yellow flowing through them like energy. It then seeped into his body, the outside of his pupils slowly turning into light yellow. His whole body was engulfed in this electricity.

"I'm not finished with you, Zohik." Seryth said in a low, dry tone.
"Me neither." Zohik answered just the same.

Seryth then let out a loud battle cry, reverberating throughout the whole volcano.

Though Zohik knew naught of this move, he knew that it was a very powerful one. He summoned his own technique called Ziton. He yelled it through the volcano just as loud as Seryth had with his technique. Powerful energy ran through his body and sword too.

This would be an amazing battle. Lightning against Pure Energy. Both extremely powerful in its own ways.

Both ran at each other at the speed of light, energy trailing behind their steps, yelling at the top of their lungs. Blades collided, sending sparks flying to the far reaches of the volcano. The clash was loud and made its way out of the volcano to reverberate through the plain outside it. Each warrior attacked at full power, slashing and parrying so fast, you couldn't tell what was happening, it was all a dusty blur....
