Karma's Lil' Art Corner

I've been wanting to put all my "doodles" somewhere, so I figured I may as well make a thread. I know I definitely could use some work, but on the other hand I know I'm great with a pencil too so all constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. :3

There's two sides to my "artsy" madness. One involving more detail:





The two columns are a couple works I did in college while the couch is something I did quite recently.


To the side that almost everyone knows, the goofy:

A little parody for a friend of mine that I continue to love.. x3


A character I created that I have yet to make a story for.. Px


Apollo Justice was completely out of the blue for me..

Great artwork, Karma. My personal favorite would have to be either the Mario one or the Portal one.

With the pencil sketches--you've got a good eye for detail and hella patience, more than me anyway xD. The shadow for the couch could use a bit more work, if I were to give some critique, but other than that, they look wonderful.

Now, the fun doodles. You know what I like best about your work? It's got so much character and personality, like you draw something and it's immediately recognisable as your style of art. That's aaaawesome. Seriously, I'd much rather see than than generic looking anime stuff, you know?

Anywayz, well done, girlfriend. Post more, plz.

Thanks. They both always get me. The Mario one for the Lego Peaches Castle and "Bowser" tearing it apart and the Portal because of the conversation it reminds me of.

Haha, thanks. It means alot considering you're quite the artist yourself. :3 And I see what you mean about the couch's shadow. I think it was one of my "I just want to get this thing done" moments. xP

Soo.. I've been really lazy lately, but I did get semi-bored at work the other day and drew this mess:


My mind was going all over the place with this one, can't really explain anything.. BUT:


I like this part. Kinda want to make it into a signature, but I dunno..


I don't know how I came up with this but I was just staring at my hand and poof! It looked like that.

This one.. I was playing Pokemon (xP) and kept staring at Electrode's smile so I drew it.. then got a little creative with the rest.


I'm not sure how that popped into my head but I thought the little chef was badass. xD
