MATURE CONTENT WARNING


I spent awhile on this one. Lots of long hours in Photochop trying to come up with good ombinations of filters and lines, etc. to create the atmosphere I'm going for. This is another Picture of my characters Selene and Prince Zachariah (Formerly known as Valiant.)

I meant for this one to convey a sense of the relationship between these two. Selene is willing to do anything and everything for her dark messiah, while the Prince deep down really only thinks of her as his means to power, and his personal plaything.

It's always my intention to make the Prince look handsome and dashing, despite his obvious lack of virtue. It's part of what draws Selene so violently to him despite the way he treats her-what she sees is nothing more then an elaborate mask which hides his twisted ways.

I shall first comment on said art.
Its an interesting concept which you discribe visually very well i.e. she does look like she is 'wanting' him whereas he is 'so-so' emotionally interested. But there are some flaws with the body structure on both. On the guy (Zachariah) his eyes are too far apart. Here I drew a very quick idea of what I mean. The face (from the front) is spilt up very loosely about 5 chunks from ear to ear horizonally (when concerning the eyes). First chunk is the space between an eye and the side of the face, next is one of the eyes, 3rd chunk is the nose (or space between the eyes (in which case in your picture is too wide)), next chunk is the other eye, and finally the last chunk is the final space between the last eye and the side of the face.



That is the guy done (the most obvious of things), now onto the girl. She is well endowed, breasts wise, would mean she has larger than normal hips (which girls with large breasts do). But that would also mean that she would need good muscles to support these larger assets. In your picture she just looks like she is going to break (especially the legs). So fatten out her thighs and calves.

And my final query. Why don't you have just one thread for your stuff. You have three serperate thread all of which are dedicated to a specific picture you have posted. I don't think that is acceptable.

Not when submitting new work to art/writing/Sprite Comic type threads. People double post their threads with updates all the time.

The way they appear against the background is very... abrupt. The lighting is all very nicely done but perhaps it isn't quite so fitting for the mood as a whole. The white light behind them is like they are holy, pure. With an emotion such as desperation and want, you'd be better off using strong earthy colors instead of such a sterile white.

I also can't help but think the girls foremost foot looks like a paw, because of the way it is rounded with the middle toes being longer than the toes at the ends @_@

As to what others have said about the multiple threads - it's true. Sure you might not get a lot of posts but you build up on them and keep posting. The rules state you can post again if after a day no one has posted in your thread. Otherwise, you edit or upload the images into the one post.
