Its well done but it lacks originality. Creativity is the key. Well drawn nonetheless.

No, the mods won't delete it on account of the fishnet top. Maybe if there were details beneath it... but there aren't and if there were I still wouldn't delete it cause it isn't veing vulgar or anything. You're safe =P

I really like the pose you've put her in on the right, with her hip cocked out and her looking over her shoulder. It looks sassy and it suits her and gives a hint of the kind of person she is, just as the clothes she's wearing shows she's a rebel and out there kind of person.

Now, to give some critique:
The pose was well done conceptually, but give some thought into it, like which leg is she leaning on? I personally can't tell where she's putting her weight so it looks a bit awkward. I'd say she was putting it on her left leg but, with the way her foot is turned out like that.. it would be painful to say the least. Instead of having it rotated that far out, make the toe point in a bit more.

To get a better idea, get yourself in front of a mirror and try to affect that pose and see how your leg can and can't bend and how far you can make your ankle twist before it really just isn't right.

Take a look at the other leg as well, it seems like it was stuck out for lack of something better to do. Perhaps bend it at the knee so her foot is beneath her and gives her another area to rest her weight?

From the torso up though I have to say it is great. You have a nice flow with the upper body happening, with the way her arms are bent and her hands as well. The hands were done nicely, I like the one on her hip particularly.

You have a good style, keep it up ^_^
