Veri's Art Thread

I draw pretty much anything I feel like drawing, and when someone asks me to draw something I will definitely attempt it, because it will most likely be a new challenge. Here's one I did only a few days ago, it's of Volvagia:



Since I never was that good at drawing a dragon of any sort I was kind of proud of this piece.
Tell me what you think, but only constructive critisizm, please, and feel free to make a request, I like drawing things, it gives me practice. ^^

Hmm the only thing I'm not too sure of is the eye - it looks like it is attached to his jaw. I haven't seen Volvagia in ages so perhaps its just my faulty memory but in regards to anatomy that would be wrong.

Unless of course I'm looking at the wrong thing in which case I've just made an utter fool of myself XD

When I first did Zelda fan art I wasn't so ambitious with drawing non-humans, it must be why I'm still bad at drawing monsters XD

Okay then, here's one of the pieces that I did a long time ago (meaning like 6 months or so :XD), it's of the main character of my story that I currently abandoned writing:

I assume you'll want constructive crits, even though this was drawn 6 months ago and you've probably improved since then:

The paw she's holding up is fine if a bit flat, its the other one that is too small in comparison, the paw should be wider than the wrist itself, or at least be a bit lengthier. Even though she is gripping the sword you would still see the palm at least - that would help the length of the paw.

That's the only thing I don't like - the expression is so sweet and the clothing design is really nice ^_^ The picture isn't in a straight idle pose either - it is interesting
