Well your colouring and shading could use some work as well as the proportions of your characters. Putting a bit more detail into the backgrounds would be good too.

Try sketching abit more so you fully know what you are going to overline and not, so you don't line the idea too heavely to regret it in the end if you made a mistake. However, they are good for copying images. Now try your own o:

Your WW Link is really good, but I think he is a little disproportional. The coloring could use some work. Other than that, Good job. Keep up the good work!

Mmhmm. It looks like you have good potential, and if you are just more loose and free when you draw it will really help make the picture come out alot more natrual looking. Try shading in some shadows to give the images depth too.

Actually, I'd stick with looking at images, or things in real life for now. It's good that you look at things and draw. Looking first and copying how things are in real life is what makes you able to distort things to your own will when you're making an original drawing.

Speeaking of whom, the D-Queen hasn't posted any of her art in a while! *poke*

One thing I would say about your new drawing is that he seems a little flimsy and unnoticable. Like, you've been a wee bit too timid with your pencil.

I have exactly the same problem actually - most of my drawings end up looking pretty uneventful and weak. Maybe you could try and be a little bolder, and go for some chunkier characters?

Oh, and I think your pictures would benefit greatly from a background. Mmhmmm.

Not bad Energy, not bad. The furthest I ever got was a Lizalfos drawing.

I agree, backgrounds would be a bit more helpful. Even if you just had him on an island with a plain see. It looks nicer with color.

Overall, it they all look fine.

Hows about drawing Vaati or Vaati's Wrath?

Heres one, but I can't find my moms Digital Camra so you can't see much of it, but when I find it, I will edit this so you can see it better.

To get your pics to load faster, you ought to crop out the excess so just your drawings are left. I think Windows XP has a little built-in image editing viewer utility that lets you crop pictures. Should make the pics much smaller and easier to manage.

I agree with the 'try sketching it out first' advice.

Your shading could use a bit more of practice, but I'm sure you'll get it down in no time. ;]

Also, I noticed that on your second picture the body seems to be drawn kind of awkwardly.
