Oil pastel drawing!
 For my birthday I got some oil pastels, and I was just learning how to use them in art class. So I drew a pic. Please tell me what you think of it.

That is truly beautiful.
The bluriness of the image worsens it, however. I take it that is a heart and a rose? Have you used pastels before?

Fill up the entire page with pastel, layer it up, get it thick. Treat pastel like paint.

We would love to see a close up to your drawin'. We can't see it that well due to the light. Also, described what you were feeling in your drawing, or even a title. gives us a better idea of what we are actually looking at other than an oil pastel painting.

Alright, um, well, I was feeling loved and broken hearted all at the same time.
As for filling the page, it's texture paper so it's hard to do that. I'll be sure to post more later. I'll take that rose idea into consideration.
