(Dump) Some Stuff

I finally have access to a scanner, therefore, I can finally begin to show some of my work. Sadly, the scanner is only accesible during my 5th period class (Design), so I'm not sure how often I'll be able to update my thread.

I've been drawing, painting, sketching, and what have you for my whole life. I love art, and I'm sure I always will; its my true passion. I love graphic design, as I'm sure some of you already know, but I'm absolutly not limited to graphic artistry alone. I've always caught myself doodling over every folder I had in school, every piece of paper in my room, and every sketchbook I ever purchased. It's simply who I am.

Once again, as I mentioned above, I have very limited access to a scanner so updates may be rare. Yet again, they may not. I'm not really sure at this point. I have very few scans right now, so I'll present all I have.

These first set of pictures are all from this year; straight out of my Design sketchbook. Nothing special, really.

As you can see, these examples are pretty cartoony and plain. I still like them, but this is only a taste of my artistic ability. All comments, both postive and negative, are always welcome.

The shark one I found quite cute.=]

The best one, in my opinion, is the fourth drawing. Something about it gives it that artistic quality, and the cartoonishness doesn't bother me at all.

They are what I would call "sweet", and I mean that as harmless and innocent. I have no idea if that's what you were going for, but that's what comes to mind.

I like the shark drawing as well as the fourth picture. I used my shark drawing in a recent project for my Design class. We were to make some sort picture with the words "You are here" placed some where in the picture. The phrase "You are here" had to match the picture at hand in any unique way. I scanned it and edited everything on PS. Twas fun.

mmm, there okay, i though they were a little plain but yeah i enjoy cartoons and stuff, in fact its the only thing i draw so all in all there pretty good, i thought the last one was interesting, very interesting.

Those are awsome! i like the shark one you edited and also the third pic with the little guys falling off and sliding on the letters. i love doing random stuff like that.

Hehe, the shark one became even more charming once you colored it. =]

i adore the expression on the guy's face as he sleeps, and how he merges into his boat, having no lower body, and the expression of the shark as he chomps.

Sometimes, sweet and simple is the way to go in art, and you have that down. =]
