You could use a bit of practice... what program are you using?

And yes, your first two are definatley much better.

And some friendly advice... even though red is easy to see on blue, or vice versa, it stands out and draws attention away from the picture and to the font. It's horrible. Stop using red.

Try searching for some nice backgrounds or abstracts, and use them. Play around with the images, and try not to make the choppy, or a small square image randomly placed somewhere.

If you really want to start one, you shouldn't have asked. You asked for my opinion, and I gave it to you.

I realize she was teaching you, but you still need to practice. I'm NOT telling you to give up. I'm telling you to look into tutorials and practice more and more to get better, so eventually you'll get PLENTY of business.

Note that I'm not trying to be mean. You asked a question, and I answered, truthfully.

Im with Drewey. Don't even bother. There already is enough people with shops with your skills and less. You need to try harder....More tutorials, Test everything you can to the limit. Keep trying new things. Ways on how to make backgrounds and making sharp fancy looking text. You need to make your sigs look good.

I can't even read that text. And thats not a good sign.

I agree with V99 and/or Drewey.

You could use a LOT of practice. Don't expect to just suddenly get good because you have the right program. I expected that with my first shop and my first shop was UTTER AND COMPLETE CRAP...

In fact, you're better than my first shop though. But still not good enough to take requests. Just because you have a photoshop teacher doesn't mean you are automatically good at it.

Think of Photoshop as a subject in school. You don't walk into an Algebra II class (or whatever), take one lesson, and are suddenly great at solving equations, do you? Same thing with photoshop, no matter how many tutorials you read (although they do help) practice makes perfect.

So I think no. Because in all actuality, you could use a lot of practice.

Oh, and a little tip on your text. Try not to use that same font over and over, mix it up. And as for picking your font color, use the color selecter (the eye dropper) to pick a color from your render/background that would be nice for your font color.

On a random note, I feel weird posting this when I'm not all that good at making sigs either. I guess I'm OK though.....

And dont take this harshly, but in response to the question on how do I like the sig without red text, I don't. I can't read the text without straining my eyes. And I did strain my eyes, and your quote on the text is bad. Just tacky. Plus the background needs some... work...

ALSO...
Your renders are badly cut, some of them have the white ring of render death around them, and some of them just have a shabby cut job. Or you just cut out part of the renders arm... >_>

Heh, as apposed to many people here (it seems), i'm not really in favour of having a photoshop "teacher", or using that many tutorials. Of course tutorials are an excellent idea to get you around the tools and such, but I assume you're passed that stage and should just create things by yourself, using your own inspiration and ideas.

As for the teacher part, the chances are you'll just end up having the same style as whoever your teacher may be.

Well don't take my word for it (or anyone else's), it's entirely up to you as to how you learn how to use the program itself, just some people have different ideas I guess.

Just out of curiosity, how long have you been using Photoshop for? And ask yourself if you infact think you're ready to start making other people sigs.

i dont think you should because there are just too many shops now. Your work isnt bad, maybe you could sign up at another shop and work with them

lol just because your getting taught from another noob does not make you a good sig maker.
And you might wanna settle down, You have to expect this kind of stuff.
And again the text needs work, Use some blending effects...Check text tutorials. Its easy to make sharp readable text once you know how.
