The Adventures of Link and the Guard who talks to much!

hey everyone this is my first ever comic. i know its simple, but thats what i like about it.

That's pretty good,apart from one thing you need to use video game sprite backround,other than that its pretty good for a newbie.

I laughed because it reminds me of Monty Pythin and the Holy Grail. It was short and simple but at least it was funny, you should try and put more length and plot in you comics than 1 guy talking trash and getting killed. I'd like to see you do better so keep trying.

i am planning to make a more lenthy plot, this is just a random series that i only planned to have 2 comics in... meanwhile while im making my new comic read my fan fic. Fan/Act/Tra/MC/The Elemental Order [M]

That was f---ing awesome lmfao. Of all the things I thought would happen I never thought Link would pull out a machine gun. I was reading this in a crappy kind of mood and when I saw that I started laughing for minutes. I wonder how many ways the guard will get owned.

hey i was planning to discontinue the series but the dark side gave me new insperation, i thank you for that. as a special treat i went over time and made another one

its good and funny and this is an idea but try having link use dins fire in one of the comics

Funny ... but your spriting still needs work. There is nothing I can say to help that, except try to make sprite-made backgrounds, add a storyline, and don't make the sprite people so small, it is most of the time much better when they are bigger, not manually resized but with the stretch and skew tool.

i kinda like my backround, its simple just like the plot. a sprite made backround would be to much detail compared to the detail of the plot...

Heh those are pretty funny...I like the one where he pushes the guard over the best - though you might want to smooth out the lines of you background - just a little

People PLEASE DO NOT put short 1 lined posted as in. funny. or haha. or anything of that nature. that is spam and i reallllly do not want this thread locked. that would just be a pain so please make it easier for me and the mods, if you have something to say make it at least 2 lines. thanks guys. and by the way, heres the fifth instalment in my series.

The closest that link uses to gun is a fairy bow!

Tese are really funny Soul Link (how do you do that crazy S?), I think the shortness and lack of involved plot are a key part of what makes this funny. It's a quick laugh to lift your spirits; while most who try to pull this off are terrible at it, you do a great job. Right at the beginning of each comic you can tell what most likely going to happen, but it is still a great laugh to see it all happen.

I apologize, but I must insist that you don't stop the series, it's too good to drop.

heh, these are pretty funny, I like how simple and funny they are at the same time. My favourite one has got to be the one when link pops out a machine gun and kills the guard. The squirell one was my second favourite. But there all really good.
