The Telephone of Art

Are you ready for a game that makes use of your artistic abilities (or lack thereof)?

Telephone of Art
How do you play? It's similar to the game "Telephone" or "Chinese Whispers", except instead of a sentence or phrase, it uses sketches! Once all the players are signed up and put in an order, I send the first person on the list a private message with a photograph, picture, or another kind of image. They then quickly sketch that image, then send their sketch, without any explanation, to the next person on the list, who uses it as the base for their own sketch, which they send to the next person... and so on, until the last person on the list makes a sketch and sends it to me, at which point I reveal both the starting and ending images!

You don't have to be a wonderful artist to participate—after all, these are just sketches, and if they were too accurate it would spoil the fun. You shouldn't spend more than five minutes on your sketch. Also, you can add details if they're consistent with your interpretation of the received image—if you think the sketch looks most like a bowling alley, you can add a few details to make it look even more like a bowling alley provided that a.) you remain faithful to the original image (i.e., things are in more or less the same position as in the original; if the drawing is a building from the side, don't draw it as a building from the top), and b.) you don't take too long with your sketch (remember to keep it within five minutes!).

That way I can keep track of the progress of the game and address any problems. Also, if haven't received your sketch and think you should have by now, PM me and I'll try to see what's up.

I was in the middle, so I totally understand how this image came about (but I never would have guessed what it "really" was). Ummm... but where'd the boobs go?
