Zelda Crafts/Props - Rupees, Sage Medallions and Skull Tokens.

Hey everyone, I'm a long time reader here, but wanted to finally register my own account. I wanted to share a few Zelda Crafts I've been making in my spare time.

I'm really curious to ask exactly what people are looking for, in terms of Zelda crafts. What's in high demand . (And yes, the Spiritual Stones are coming, long term goal)

I have been vigorously hunting for gifts for my brother, who loves Zelda, too. :3
Your crafts would make for a great little stocking stuffer!

As an abject failure in all artistic areas fancy dress is either shaming or expensive. (always atempt a zelda character of course). iconic zelda props like hylian shield, or more interesting items like the hookshot that you can't find online would be good. Mogma mitts would also be cool!

Oh, and love what you've made so far. papercraft masks are the pinnacle of my zelda art.

You could probably get some good sales making the spiritual stones as hair clips. hahaha

I was thinking of designing Nayru, Din, and Farore characters and there are a lot of different ways you can use the stones as part of accessories or clothing items.

Those are great! The medallions look so nice and perfect. I love how the edges aren't smoothed out and reflect the graphics. And the rupee wallets are super cute.

I've actually always admired those fairy in a bottle necklaces. But I think an actual life size fairy in a bottle would be a beautiful gift idea.

I have purple! And yellow and orange. And Black Rupoors. Pictures will be uploaded in 4 hours or so!

Wallets, maaaybe. My girlfriends the leather worker . And I hadn't considered hairclips. Hrmm.

I make them with a three dimensional mold and resins. Then spent hours sanding them and sealing them with a varnish.

Oh, side note. Big Rupees are an option, but the trick is volume. My Rupees are 2" tall, and keeping the propotion at let's say 4", would mean I would need 8x the volume of resin. Which means instead of around $5 a piece, one would be close to $35 or so!

But, if the demand was there, and I got soft-orders who knows .

I think these are pretty dang cool-- the medallions perfectly resemble their in-game counterparts, and I'd love to have a couple Rupees!

Really cool crafts; it's times like these that make me want to buy some cool fan-created stuff.

Definitely share some more of your crafts, even the non-Zelda ones!

I'm making the Big Key from Ocarina of Time, and its going to be gorgeous! I would like some input though. I'm considering making the three Magic Medallions from ALTTP? Ether, Bombos and Quake. These are on my wishlist, and I could probably crank these out before X-Mas as well if the demand is there.

I think you've done an outstanding job! Everything looks perfect. I especially love the the details on the medallions and I can see you put a lot of work into them because they look just like the real thing. I can't wait to see more of your work because this is just brilliant.

OH MY goodness! That is so amazing! You are very tallented (and patient).

Your work is beautiful! The medallions and rupees are great. I really like the boss key. You don't have a lock that in which it will fit, do you?
