Re: My 3D arts of Zelda (Artworks and Animations)

My only problem has already been stated, work on Sheik's ponytail.
Oh and another SMALL thing is Sheik's face during the close-up

Salut, R-w@n!

Your latest renders look awesome. The character models blend in nicely with the real images, and the lighting is perfect. Sort of an idea of what a LoZ game would look like on a more capable HD console.

Re: My 3D arts of Zelda (Artworks and Animations)

I love the one with Zelda by the window. Makes me feel like I'm Link staring at her just like when you meet her in OoT for the first time. It might've not been your intention but still...AMAZING!

Re: My 3D arts of Zelda (Artworks and Animations)

I've been looking at your work for some time now, dunno why I haven't posted until now, but you are incredible!

I got into 3D stuff not too long ago and I can't even dream of animating as good as you! And it's incredible what some good shaders can do to such low-poly models... But even while they look incredible, you can see some slight blockiness on close-ups, couldn't you smooth them up a bit for the renders? Or it would become too slow for rendering without you wanting to suicide?

Your real pictures blended with 3D models work surprisingly excellently! I did notice that in the last one, Epona has some strange square thing on the side of her mouth. Amazing job on it, nonetheless! I can't wait to see your upcoming animation!

As far as i'm concerned i use 3ds Max and i've rigged my models with a "biped". I don't know if there is that in Blender...

Thank you so much !
As you suggest if I smooth the model the rendered will be too long xD for exemple I have a scene in my new animation which has taken 24 hours to be rendered. Only for 4 secondes of animation (Because i want an awesome quality)

Well, for epona it's a mistake i've forget to remove before making the render -__-' xD
Thanks to see that =)

Re: My 3D arts of Zelda (Artworks and Animations)

Heeeyy ! New Artwork available !
"The shadow team" it's the name =) For this one I was inspirated by Zelda Ocarina of Time (my favorite zelda game) when Zelda was transformed into Sheik in order to escape to Ganondorf.

Re: My 3D arts of Zelda (Artworks and Animations)

The hero's Shade is training the hero of Time !

As far as I'm concerned I think that The hero's Shade was the Hero of time in Zelda Oot that's why I supose he said "my son" in Zelda TP...
And i love the idea that The past hero train the present hero ^^

Re: My 3D arts of Zelda (Artworks and Animations)

I like the style of the animation that you posted, but it seems too stiff. Thats something you realy should work on. Also, While I like the way you customized the character designs from Twilight Princess, I realy would like to see you create your own animation. You got potential, now lets see you do something with that. Go forth and kick ass.
