[Dump] Keaton's Epic Drawings

Yes. My drawings are epic. I know.

Anyways, I'm hoping for criticism. All my friends can't seem to get over telling me how awesome my art is. Which is just great and all, except then I can't really improve that much. So I come here, in hopes of some critique! =] Just excuse the one-liners.

So to start off... Some manga! They are copied from the mangas. o.o It is a large image (it has like a billion separate drawings in it though)

ELR Hatsune Miku! Yes I do copy a lot of stuff. I find that from it I can get some practice with different poses, styles, etcetc. It's good practice, but I don't make a living out of it!

A huge photo of some animals I did (at like two in the morning xD ) for a science project (no, not really stickers). I used photo references.

Libra/Kyuuei is a character for a friend's manga. She's a shapeshifter, since she had to come from my story. o.o Anyways I have better, just not things I've scanned. I spent like, no time on the legs (I have so much trouble drawings legs!). Especially since I don't draw humans often. x3

Haha, yes it is, I don't do it often. It's a nice challenge though, I'm just nowhere near patient enough for it. -.-' I always end up rushing to finish it and then it looks awful! It's the same for backgrounds, too.

These are really good. I like them! :3 I love the first link the most and Kirby. Kirby is so adorable!

hm, well for the Libra drawing i'd say to get some good human figure reference. try asking your friend to sit for you and draw her.

be sure to get a good gesture drawing first before you add the details, and make sure the proportions and anatomy are 100% accurate.

if you don't know how to draw a seated pose, get a model or some reference for it - don't try to make it up.

do these things and your drawings will be epic
