Test with Sonic's spikes:  Knuckles the Echidna:  Shadow's Head:  Shadow Color Test (Half Normal- Half Super):  Blam those white pixels clinging on the edges!

Come on, stop with the shameless plugs, goldenchaos. :p
Your art is pretty good, especially the pencil stuff. However, the coloured works are a bit on the (to be blunt) bad side, especially the last one. It's a good concept, but doesn't really work.

Nova dragon. I checked if their was someone called nova and the was only someone called nova dragon. And now your here cool.
The knuckles is by far the best. And the shadow one is ok nothing special. But like you said you are just learning to use Photoshop.

Thats because its a little fat and short. It seems like the paper wasn't big enough. Yes he IS an echidna Nova Dragon, where have you been for the past 11 years? lol.
And also i think Cheese really sux (a chao with a...bow tie??), and yeah Nintendo REALLY screwed up with that...Cream and Cheese. Hmmm creamcheese. Now I want a bagel.

Metal Sonic
Here's a piccy of Metal Sonic in his Sonic Heroes form. This is my 2nd drawing of him. It is pretty hard drawing him considering that you can see most of his details for about 3 seconds.

Well, his earlier version (Sonic CD) Looks more Sonic-like. The Sonic in Sonic Heroes is a bad-ass type. This Sonic was for a tutorial which I made that'll be posted tomorrow. I also found out that if I made him taller, he looks more evil.
Now here is an inked Shadow!
