Help ZU!

Hello, good people of Art & Writing! I've been playing with the Fan Fic section of ZU's main site, again, and I think I may have gotten it working. Sadly, I can't seem to make the previously added stories appear properly... But what I just made as a test appeared.

The ZU Fanfic section

So, I could use your help on two fronts: First, puting something in there to make sure that I really did fix it, and it isn't just me that can add stories. Doing this through the text editor on the page, and through file uploading, would be good. Formatting text in that works exactly the same as it does on the forums, just so you know.

Second, to have fictions & what-not there once more, to share with the world, and all that.

As such, please don't make things that say "this is a test, yada yada" and the like... There's little point in that.

Informing me of issues, via this thread, works just fine. Once I have fixed the fanfic section to actually work (and am sure it is as such), I'll fix those ugly images that are currently included on it.

EDIT: Hm, I can't seem to figure out how to even submit a story. ._.

Once you're signed in on Joomla (you should be automatically if you're logged in on the forums, but all the same, check the top left), go to the main page of fanfic, and there's a button in the middle that says "add story." Click it, and fill out the forms there.

I just tried logging in, even though I'm already logged into the forums, but I still can't find that button. I'm in the stories main page too.

Neither that button, nor the Your Controls button appeared on my screen for some reason...

o...o Are you sure you're logged in?

Look under the member status banner on the top-left of the page. Does it tell you to log in, or does it say "Hello, Sun Guardian!"?

o.o The only reason I can think of for why those two buttons don't exist is if you're not logged in...

I clicked the link, and they appeared. No idea why they won't for you. Does it look different, or theres just empty space? It may be it doesn't log you on, like andi said. That, or you have a bug. Sometimes ZU logs me out if I have it open but haven't done anything, and it used to log me off the main site.

What intrigues me, is that andi has broken the law of the world and has 327 PMs.

I can see everything on my computer; it looks like it works. I'll add stuff immediately.

EDIT: Gah, wait. D: For some reason it won't allow me to add my Prelude as Chapter 0... It keeps saying "Add a Chapter #".

I tried logging in. It still went to the same page as before. I'll try again.

EDIT: I just tried twice and it's still not saying I'm logged in. No error messages either.

I've added chapter one of a story I did yengles ago... but it says I haven't added any storys when I try and go and add another chapter...

Yes, I just noticed that, and my admin controls apparently died for it... blarg.

Well, I think I'll have to make the whole thing vanish for a few minutes, then.

Well, reinstall has occurred, this time it should be fixed.

mm... unfortunately after trying to post chapter 3 once more it has still failed to show up on the chapters list...

Tried and failed - to submit a new story (tried once with a chapter and once without) - not sure where they are going - but oh well
