Custom animated Sprites

Heres my custom animated sprite... This is my first Animated sprite ever, so go easy on me... and next up Sephiroth vs Cloud!

So what you mean is animations you have made with sprites, right?

The sprites are nice and all, but the animations look kinda choppy. They skip way too many frames.

Yes that is really good! I'm new to the animated sprite business myself, though I don't make my own, I get other, still sprites and animate them. Here is some of my first work, as this would be the best place to post them, as there not good enough to make my own thread on:
