Um, why are you trying to gain sympathy from people? I mean, just becasue some people gave you constructive criticsim while others flamed you doesn't mean you should announce you are to stop writing stories and try to gain sympathy as you won't gain any this way and you'll also lose respect as well.

Stop fishing for attention, please. If you don't want to write more, fine. Don't write anymore. You don't have to make a thread about it. And as Nox said, if you can't take criticsim, then don't post your works, because there'll always be someone that has something to say.
