My Photoshop Work

im a huge beginner at photoshop, expirementing with the different effects, so please dont flame me lol. the zelda compellation is probably the worst one iv ever done, so dont judge me on that one.

please send feedback, ill update when i make more.

There are some very nice effects here, espescially the "wind" effect for Aragon. What I did notice that you have to work on is the picture "blockiness" - getting rid of the border. Also some opacity effects. (I'm in the same boat as you though; just a novice at the power of Photoshop.)

I like the pictures, but one thing seems obvious: It's like you're using the Clone tool or the Copy/Paster way too often. When imaes are made, there shouldn't be lines marking part of an image to another. Try to A)find larger images or b)not hit the sides of the image when selecting/using the clone tool.

w00t. And yeah, the borders of each individual collaged pic should be removed. I don't know crap about Photoshop (I don't have it), though, so I can't help you there. But that last one's pretty much perfect, although w00t should be a bit more legible. But the text effects are cool (on the others).

The last one says "w00t" i think. But good job for your first tries. I dont really know much about it, but all i can say is just to keep messin around with it. Thats the way I learn things at least, just by doing them. The nintendo one is good because the pictures arent "blocky". But The Aragorn one is neat with the effects.

You still have a long way to go, so I suggest you try a bunch of tutorials. It'll show you a lot things PS can do, and helps you improve your sigs. I've done at least 100 tutorails. Once you get good, you don't use turtorials much anymore, and you can create your own, original style.

I recommend you look for tutorials on borders, backgrounds, and fading. Try http://www.greycobra.com/tutorials.p...torials&page=1

I know almost nothing about Photoshop, but those are pretty good. Not the best I've ever seen, but good for a novice.

Just keep working at it and you will be better in no time, it took me a little time with PS to get good.
