HOw do you insert pictures?

Someone please tell me how to insert an image. I'm flippin out here!!!!!!!!!!

Choose Go advanced then click the and paste the Url.

Is your image from a host like photobucket? Some hosts offer [IMG*] [/IMG*] (Without the stars) that you can paste into the regular reply box, but yeah failing that, just do as Dark Vaati said.
