Future of Hyrule

Link opened his eyes and found himself strapped to a table. He managed to lift his head high enough to look around him. He was in a Lab of some sort but the equipment was alien to him. Just then a small man walked through the door he was wearing a long white coat with some sort of strange necklace. He also wore glasses, very large glasses, He approached Link with a smile.
“I see your awake.” The man turned on a very bright light. Link shot back closing his eyes tight, trying to keep the light out. The man started laughing.
“Ah the drugs aren’t completely worn off yet. Very well no lights yet.” He turned of the lights. Link opened his eyes, his vision blurred by multiple spots. Link barely made out where the man was standing.
“Who are you?” Link struggled to asked.
“My name is Professor Gysolym, Gyso for short.”
“Why am I here.”
“You’re here because you messed up the kings plan.”
“What plan?”
“Sorry you didn’t know. I’ll tell you. You see over the past 7 years you collected the 9 spiritual artifacts, Light, shadow ,spirit, Two Fire, two water, two forest. Your thought by obtaining these items you could, Quote un-Quote “Save Hyrule”, and stop Ganondorf from ruling. That event would have never happened if you had not collected the first three. The King had called on Ganondorf to help achieve an ultimate goal.”
“And that is?”
“Shut up I’ll tell you! The goal was to create a new kind of technology which would have changed the world of Hyrule forever.”
“Okay but still what is the new technology about?”
“This technology would level us with the outside worlds.”
“Ha ha ha ha ha. Everyone knows there is no other world but this one.”
“ That’s where your wrong. Link you see every believes there is but one world that is what we are taught but in reality there are many worlds out there just waiting to be discovered.”
“How do you plan to achieve this with out Ganondorf?’
“You Link ,Your very name describes your destiny. We just Recently have talked to an outsider they said we are the most under developed species so far. Link with your power we can finally make a change in Hyrule.”
“And If I decline to help?”
Gyso chuckled, his glasses slipped down his nose.
"Link, you really don't have a say in wether or not you participate."
He laughed again as he walked toward the door.
"the project begins tomorrow. sleep well."
Gyso walked out laughing.


Chapter 2

It was early in the morning when Gyso opened the door. Link hadn't slept the night before due to a massive amount of nightmares. Gyso approched the table which turned out to be a gurnee bed. Link watched as Gyso started pushing link toward the door.
"Where are we going?" Link asked
"To the E.R. "
"Whats that?"
"Extraction Room."
Gyso hurriedly pushed the bed down the hall. Link was proped up where he could see out the window. Never in all his life would he of dreamed this is how it would end. A tear rolled down his eye as he thought back to his childhood. Running around in the forest, over mountians, thru time, and even between demensions. The thoughts came to a halt when they entered the E.R.. Massive machines covered the walls. A containment unit sat in the middle of the room. Gyso unstraped Link.
"Get in the cell." He ordered pointing toward the containment unit. Link slowly moved his legs over the edge of the bed. it felt like his first time walking. He stummbled as he walked toward the unit. Link felt embarrassed he was wearing only his white under garments. As Link entered the unit the door began to shut the coldness of the room had faded as his fear built up.
"Link can you hear me?" Gyso asked through some device.Link looked at him through the glass. Gyso fiddled with a few buttons and then Link heard a humming noise. Then three ring like objects surrounded the unit. the first began circleing around it one inside the next but as they began to pick up speed they seperated and moved up in down. Link began to feel Lightheaded.
Each minute passed like a hour, but as the rings increased speed, so did Links Lightheadedness worsen. He began to black out but fear kept him concious. The humming got louder and louder making Links head pound. As the darkness over came him, he felt a moment of wieghtlessness, as if in slow motion Link felt to the ground. As Link faded away from reality he heard the slowing of the machine around him. the room was almost visible again before Link Finally losed his grip an faded into an unconcious state.
