Chapter Four

Ganondorf, a name I didn’t recognize, but Link seemed to know him. The fear in Links eyes told me all I need to know about him.
“Now Orc brethren witness the rise of a new age!” the biggest Orc screamed out over the rest. Soon after his speech, which I didn’t understand because it was in his own language, the ground began to shake violently. I watched in awe as the ground began to break apart releasing massive pulses of dark energy. Then out of the crevice came a body first the head then the shoulders, the man was as bulky as the Orcs, but not as tall. Link turned around again to look at me, the look in his eye was beyond that of fear.
“Look to the left of the hole” link barely mumbled.
I looked around Links shoulder, I peered over to the left. Standing to the left was a skull kid wearing a odd colored mask, with horns and big Hugh eyes.
“Who is it?” I asked still focused on the masked boy.
“Its not a who, it’s the mask. That mask is majora’s mask!” Link said still in his panic state.
By now the body was fully out of the hole. One of the Orcs approached the masked skull kid.
“Your purpose is not needed.” the Orc said lifting the skull kid from the ground.
“Fool, don’t you understand who your messing with!” the skull kid yelled putting a hand on the Orcs massive forearm. “Witness my pow…”.
With that the Orc ripped off the skull kids mask.
“Now the master can be complete.” the Orc said holding up the mask. “Live my king live and obtain your revenge”.
Link tapped my shoulder and motioned for us to start running.
“What’s going on?” I asked Link.
“We need to return to the castle and warn the king.” Link answered picking up pace “If I know Ganondorf as well as I think I do he’s going to try to destroy the king and the castle!”


We arrived at the castle shortly before dusk. Already the town was in panic, Link went ahead and ran for the castle.
“aren’t you coming with me?” Link asked halting from his dash.
“I have some unfinished business to take care of first.” I replied
Link started running again toward the castle. Just then sudden images flashed through my head images of a court yard and a small girl by a window. I felt myself being pulled toward her she wore a pink and blue dress with a pink headdress. As I approached her I realized she was spying on someone, a man in black. I knew who it was it was Ganondorf.
I slowly regained my senses and I noticed I was still standing outside of the town. I didn’t really know what to do about all these visions. I thought about for a while but was sidetracked by a strange golden glow coming from the desert. Then I heard the voice again the same voice as when I passed out but now the voice was calling to me. I started running toward the desert still listening for the voice.
“Hurry….Help me…hurry”
The voice was louder than before. I entered the desert with out thinking of the Gerudo fortress as soon as I stepped on to their property every whistle in the fort went off .
“Halt intruder!” one of the female guards yelled running toward me.
I didn’t know how it happened but I bolt of energy flew from my hand and struck down the guard. I continued to run for the desert gate. By the time I came into view all guards in the fort were standing in front of it. I stopped running when I saw Nabooru standing in front of me.
“Link we can’t let you go to the…..”
She paused her expression changed dramatically.
“Your not Link are you ….. Is it possible then is the legend true?” She paused again to think.
“what do you mean the legend?” I asked while she was thinking.
“It was more of a rumor with in the sages that after Link and Zelda sealed away Ganondorf. Before Ganondorf was completely sealed he unleashed the rest of his magic and this magic created a almost exact copy of the hero of time a.k.a Link.” Nabooru explained.
I was confused
“so what your saying is I have a choice in what the out come of Hyrule future is?” I asked still confused.
“in ways of saying yes” She said “ but first you need a weapon.”
I looked up at her in interest.
“ where can I get a sword?” I asked
“You must travel into the desert, to the four pillars of spirit.” Nabooru explained “oh yes and take this it’s called a gossip pebble with this I will be able to talk you through any challenge you may in counter. Now hurry I feel a evil presence building, you don’t have much time and good luck.” with that said Nabooru disappeared and the gate started opening.


I entered the desert cautiously because I knew I there was always an endless sand storm blowing. I ran at a steady pace most of the time. Once again strange images entered my mine, this time it was Link running toward a gigantic carved rock that looked like a goddess but suddenly the rock began to crumble revealing a Dark eerie looking tower. I shook my head and regained control of my thoughts it was almost dark when I saw four pillars on the horizon. I stopped to rest, tomorrow I obtain my sword and start worrying about the out come of Hyrule.
The next morning I started moving toward the pillars. it was easy to see where I was going because the storm had stopped the night before. The sun was over head when I arrived at the pillars the ground began to shake and the sand started shifting. Something was moving under the sand, whatever it was it was huge. The ground was shaking violently when out from the sand came the most hideous monster I had ever seen. It resembled a snake but it had two heads each with eight eyes then I saw it a shining blade sticking out from between the heads, the snake beast reared back into fighting stance
