Art Contest Discussion Thread!

Oh that's a shame. I didn't enter this month because I've been busy with uni.

Actually, it's only going to get worse for me in the next couple of months, so I probably won't be entering any more contests for a while...

I would have entered, but I'd forgotten about it. Plus I've been busy with college anyway. I'm sorry, Gold. I want the contests to go on! I'll enter the next one!

Aw, I certainly do want the contests to continue! I was a bit busy and not especially excited by the theme so I decided to wait 'til October when I'd have more time.

Excuses aside though, I do really want the contests to continue. Pleeeease.

^Ha, you guys have seem to have the same problem as I. I've been wanting to enter one of these contest for a while now but none of the last few themes I seen interests me.

I liked the tropical idea though...

I would have drawn a character pairing on tropical island beach. Of course, which one to draw would have been hard to choose...

I could've done IkexElincia, LinkxZelda, or my fan Zelda characters...

I've been caught up with **** IRL. I actually DID do a Magic Theme entry, but didn't get it in on time, sucks.

I'll PM you, Midori, my thoughts on how we could approach this. I'd like to see it continue.

I've been wanting to do these for a few months now, but I don't know if I can. I have college to contend with, and this month, a halloween costume to make...and then, god, I gotta start worrying about christmas ><
I don't come on these forums religiously, either. among all that, the likelihood of me actually putting something together for this is slim.

I'd love for it to continue, though.

Unfortunately, I think September was just a bad month,what with so many of us going off to school and starting college and whatnot.

But what if we do a simple Halloween theme for this month? I'm sure that would garner the attention of a few people, and I would certainly try my best to enter!

I have the some story as others.... I want to enter, but the themes don't spark my interest, and I don't have a whole lot of time.

I would try to get something in for a Halloween theme though.

Jesus, I make one post and a whole page full of replies. For one thing I never intended to stop the contest. Only if no one wanted to compete I would have stopped it. xD

So its either because you were busy, or the theme didn't match your tastes, huh? We'll try to avoid the theme mishap from now on I suppose.

Yes, a Halloween theme will be good this month. Nice and easy. I'll bring up a new thread once I've stopped playing Paper Mario stopped doing other stuffs.

Dunno why I didn't think of that-- Halloween theme = count me in.
But Paper Mario should be top priority.

Nice theme. I am going to try hard to enter this even tho I have other projects going on.

I did! I found out what to do from another contest thread.

Fantastic theme! It's something I wouldn't usually do, which is why I'm so taken by it; I love a challenge. I already have something in mind, so I think I might enter this month.
