The Contest of Halloween!

Fancy title for hopefully a fancy contest. :3

Welcome to this month's contest! As it is October, there is only one theme we can really have for this contest: Halloween! I mean, even if we didn't have the word Halloween, it would have been the word Spooky or something.

The contest starts right now! (the 8th of October) and will finish in two weeks time (if my maths is right, it'll be the 22th of October). All entries must remain anonymous until the contest is over. You can post your pictures on other sites, but you must not link the picture to ZU in anyway. These entries will pmed to Me or Mr Spork, alright?

Now everyone have a lovely contest. Questions can be either be asked in the general discussion thread, or via pm to me.

If there's going to be blood/gore in the artwork what's the rating extended to? PG-13?

Given that in your own art threads you have to provide links rather than thumbnails to gorey pictures, I'd say gore wouldn't be allowed in a general contest at all. But I imagine general blood is fine if you don't go crazy with it.
But I wouldn't know, I'm not an art mod.

Hm... I've never done any of these competitions before. I think I might take a swing at it.

I already have a fantastic idea...the only trouble is bringing it to life XD

Pretty much what Tonchiki. Blood is fine, but gore is too much for a family friendly contest. PG-13 would be Teen Rated in other countries, right? Then no, keep it good enough so the kiddies aren't scared.

As long as you directly created it, its perfectly fine. No one has just tried anything else besides artworks.

I'd love to at least try to get in my entry this time. I'll think of something to draw and see where that takes me.
