Sailor Moon manga vs. anime

Which do you prefer: the manga of Sailor Moon or the anime, if any at all? I personally prefer the manga overall, because 1) it is the original and 2) it has a better storyline overall, at least in my and other people's minds! I hope at least some of you know about the original manga, but if not, I'll link you to here so you can read about the creator, and read her works!

The only thing good about sailor moon is the japanese version becasue there all naked when they change form..............

They do that in the English dub too.

The manga and anime are about the same in terms of story and whatnot, but the manga series is slightly better overall.

Uncut, maybe. But originally, when it was licensed by DIC, they took a page from 4kids and edited out a whole lot of ****.

I haven't watched/read Sailor Moon in freaking forever, but I never read the manga, so I guess I have to roll with the anime.

DiC came before 4kids, lol, but despite the bad dub the transformation sequences where they get almost nude was kept, just with some edits around the breast and pubic area.

I'm glad some people here know about the SM manga, and find the storyline better than the anime's, although the anime had some good aspects to it as well, such as cutting down on the brainwashing! I far prefer the original, though!
