Dragonball thread

Well I didnt noticed a dragonball thread, and maybe there was already one, but Im doin this anyway. This thread is not meanth to be about Dragonbal Z, if that is what youre thinking. This idea came up when I red some of my old originail dragonball-manga's. I think theyre way, way and way better then the Dragonball Z serie, (and especially the Dragonball GT ones). Well most people do not think so, and that is of course because of the inmense Dragonball Z hype ago, but here on the forum most people do have a good taste, and regonize good manga, at least I think.
After reading the books again and again I keep find them better, the whole thing more seems like a fairytale. Its not that much about power, and its not that with every enemy theyre like: Wow, that's impossible!! He's too strong, a powerlevel over 20000000? That's impossible, it must've bin broken " The enemies are way cooler then the DBZ ones. I do prefer Pilaf above freeza or cell, despite he's less stronger. And the characters that play a role in DBZ have a way more cooler role in DB. Oolong who not only appears once in a while at Kame House, but is a really interest and funny character. Master Roshi who still is really strong.

Well I can talk about it forever. Now im wondering, are there any of you who think with me and do prefer DB above DBZ?
