I don't really watch comedy anime or Shojo (which are usually the comedy types). I usually just watch the drama, action/adventure types of anime.

My favorite is Ranma 1/2 because it is hillarious. I also like it because it is a romantic comedy, which is one of the best kinds. (right uo there with stuff being so stupid it's funny.
FLCL is cool too. It goes along with the whole stupid enough to be funny.
