Actually im asuming you dont know very much about magnetic fields, but each of our cells have a positive and negative side(learned that in chemistry).

Here's the thing though; The body's magnetic field isn't such a trivial thing. Our bodies are made of 90% water, but that doesn't make being constantly submersed in water any more healthy or theraputic than not. It's really silly false correlation to suggest that simply because one thing is magnetic, and another thing is magnetic, that putting the two side-by-side in any particular manner will lead to greater health.
I mean, on that note, how do you know that the magnets of Chiu's rings aren't, in fact, harmful? Perhaps disrupting the brain's normal processing and doing really nasty things to one's frontal lobes? Or is this like the lottery, and you automatically assume that everything's going to work out in the end toward your benefit?
Alex Chiu has absolutely no proof that his devices actually work. It's based in false correlation, as noted above. Similar devices, such as the QRay bracelets, have been subject to FTC investigation in the past due to false claims and clinical trials suggesting that the impact of such devices is entirely psychological; People THINK they're doing something special because they're cold and uncomfortable to wear, along with the aforementioned false correlation. He has never subjected his own products to controlled trials to verify that they truly work, citing lack of proper funding. Instead he falls back on "testimonials"... the lifeblood of quack products, since they have no statistic merit, and are impossible to validate. Y'know his claim that they make you immortal?
His only evidence for that is that he personally believes they do, with no scientific evidence whatsoever.
Of course, what do I know? Maybe his rings really work, through some bizarre magical means. Anyone that's willing to spend money on them, though, I have a time-share in Florida that'll cost you far less. Guaranteed to extend your life by as much as Chiu's rings.
