Can anyone here create a sitemap for our forums?

After reading through Google's ridiculous and roundabout explanation of how to make a sitemap, I closed the page and began cussing at the screen. I've decided to ask for some assistance with creating a sitemap for our ZAST forums so I can submit it to Google and get us on their site index.

Can anyone help me out?

I don't know where to put this, really, so I'm just placing in the "general" forum. Seems pretty non-specific, anyway.

Personally, I've used http://www.auditmypc.com/free-sitemap-generator.asp and it seems to be the best unlimited, free sitemap that I've found so far.

Remember, though, you don't need a sitemap - it just helps Google know about the pages, but doesn't automatically make Google search/cache them. Or so it seems from what I've done so far.
