I figured out how to play the Zelda Theme Song and the Song of Time on it.

lol i tried to play Midna's Lament on it but it failed

Alright at first, but it doesn't hold my attention for more than five minutes. There are no differences in note length and there's no way to change the dynamics... (understandable since a computer keyboard isn't pressure sensitive.)

I guess it could help out in aiding my ear while I'm using Noteworthy Composer... so it's not completely useless.
