Temple of Theorizing

The time has come for the public announcement of a great new forum:
Temple of Theorizing!

That's right, an online community specifically for Zelda Theorists to come share and debate their theories! This forum has been online for about a month now, and already has over 30 members and around 1,200 posts...all without public advertising! It's a great community.

How is this different from any other forum that has a theorizing section?
The forum is divided up into several sections to make things easier for new theorists and more convenient and deep for veteran theorsits.

The Beginner's Section
Theorizing is a pretty difficult subject, and often new theorists can become quite confused. It's hard for a lot of people to jump right in with the more experienced theorists. Thus, we have a forum specifically for new theorists. It's a more relaxed environment than other places, because it's specifically for newcomers. You can make threads just to ask questions. Things will be discussed in a lighter manner, instead of debated fiercely as they are in other places. In this way, it helps new comers understand theorizing and get good at it without having to jump right into big debates. The more advanced members are encouraged to go to the Beginner's section and answer questions of the newcomers, and give them advice and such.
The Beginner's Section is the perfect place for anyone looking to improve their theorizing skills. Even if you've never tried your hand at Zelda Theorizing before, this is the place for you to start and ask questions.

The Advanced Section
If we see that a member is doing well in the Beginner's section, uses sound logic, has good spelling and grammar, is respectful, etc...they will be "upgraded" to and Advanced theorist. They will then have access to a separate section for bigger debates and more controversial subjects, and they will still have access to the Beginner's section to help out newcomers.
The Advanced Section is the perfect place for veteran theorists looking for some good debates with other advanced members.

Beginners can read the Advanced Section, but they have to be upgraded to post there.
In this way, beginners will be helped along, and the more advanced theorists will be able to debate in depth with other people on their level.
The forums are both a training grounds for new theorists and a place for great debates for advanced theorists.

Zelda Theorizing Resources
We also have another section that offers a large variety of valuable theorizing resources such as:
-Text Dumps, text scripts, and game manuals from all the games
-Multiple maps from each game
-Translations of several game manuals straight from the original Japanese
-Translations of important and controversial game quotes from the original Japanese
-Guides on the plotline, state of the Triforce, and important characters in each game
-A detailed and in-depth Beginner's Guide to Theorizing
-Guides too all the symbols and images in Hyrule and Termina
And more!


We take resource requests and submissions as well. If there's a resource you need that we don't have yet, we'll do our best to find it for you!
If you have a resource that you think would help, you can submit it, and if it's helpful, we'll add to our extensive resources.

So in conclusion, if you're fairly new to theorizing, or have never theorized at all, we've got a great place to show you more and answer your questions!

indeed, its a great site, and some great theories are in the making, but we need more members.

I can confirm that it's an great place! Especially at times when the level of theorizing is watered down on ZU.
If you are into theorizing, then this is the place to go.
