I would just like to state that, TP was a great game. Not that it lived up to its hype, but then that was expected. I mean honestly, when it was revealed the whole Zelda community nearly shat out the Great Wall of China. But great game.

Also what makes you think they would use your story? No offense but your stories need MAJOR work.

I wasn't saying they should use MY story, just the plot. The overall setting is an interesting (at least to me) question that needs to be answered. I mean, sure Miyamatto doesn't think so but it's still a decent plot. What I'd like to see is that they ether do a short anime series that uses the same style as Naruto, or a movie even if it was a tv movie that comes out on dvd like thirty years after it shows up. (well maybe not that bad a movie but still.)
Besides I'm sure you've had a few flops yourself when you were just starting out with writing. Rome wasn't built in a day and I don't expect to be an expert writer within a few stories ether.

Agree, I wasn´t the best with writing my first story. It´s obvious. Writing and such is a thing that grows with training. I never thought I could write a Zelda fanfic even in english for a while ago (since I´m swedish). But now I love writing it and would love to the a anime of TP or another original story of it. But I would more love to see a whole movie of both Oot and TP. I think those games are the greatest Zelda-games ever.

Okay, you need to get off of your little fangirl throne right now. Everything from LoZ up to MM was good in the Zelda series. After that, they really stopped hitting the mark. Although OoX was pretty good too. Anyways, everything after that was just a rehash of OoT, you know why? Because the next original game they came out with, MM, wasn't received well at all, and they've been trying to copy OoT's success ever since. Mostly unsuccessfully because they think that what made OoT great was the story, and the gamepley, and the light/dark mechanic. It's not.

Those things just happened to fall together all at the right time (the beginning of the 3-D era) and it caused something that was ground-breaking. Here's the problem. You don't know what the difference between innovative and good is. OoT is good, but most of the reason it succeeded so well is because it was innovative. Unfortunately, Zelda hasn't been innovative since. They're just copying all of the old styles to try to turn a profit. Although admittedly WW did try to rectify this, nothing has since. And honestly, Mario Galaxy was not nearly as good as the hype built it up to be, Super Mario Sunshine was fun but kind of stupid. I haven't really liked a Mario game since the 64 era. Funnily enough, that's when most of Nintendo's franchises died.

And also, I do belive that this is about interests and belief too. You think Nintendo is going downhill cause you don´t get what you want. And yes, I don´t get what Í exactly wanted either, not even in the great games like TP and Oot. Cause no game is perfect, never is,never been and never will. Face those facts! And I never said that Brawl was perfect. I say that Brawl is going to pwn but I didn´t say it was perfect, no game is and will never be. I´ve learned that now after Oot and TP!

I didn't ask for a perfect game. I asked for a new one. TP was not a new game. It was just a rehash of OoT and ALttP. And once again, what did Brawl bring? That stupid one player mode was retarded. It was okay for half the game, until they just reused that same half again. If you've played it, you'll know what I mean. The only incentive to play the one-player story in Brawl is to earn new characters and such.

Oh yeah, cause that's really going to save your game if the rest of it sucks. Not that TP completely sucks, but there are certainly parts of it that they just need to change. I like TP, but it's just too much OoT and ALttP for me to actually love it. Those two games just need to die so Nintendo can come up with some original ideas.

You can't really bash Zelda for being too easy. Other than AoL, Zelda has always been easy. And it felt very much like Zelda. Too much in fact, as it felt like I was just playing OoT and ALttP again.

Never said there's anything wrong with it. Just said that it wasn't new, which is what KPGirl was trying to claim. It's not a new thing. They've done it before. That doesn't mean it's bad, though I see how that could be misconstrued in my post, as I was saying that most of the other things were bad. Anyways, just showing that this wasn't something new to TP.

I never put an opinion on the subject itself, I just said this thread is a waste of time because all they're doing is participating in an endless argument. Now if Zfan actually had the resources and a vast amount of money to make an anime, I would have a different opinion on the matter.

The only reason that it's endless is because most of us want it to be (to maximize drama) and because zfan won't stop replying to us. At this point, it's really his own fault that the argument continues. I've told him several times now that they would just leave him alone if he would stop responding to them, but he hasn't been listening, so it's pretty much his own fault that he keeps getting made fun of.

Now if Zfan actually had the resources and a vast amount of money to make an anime, I would have a different opinion on the matter.

It's actually the fact that he thinks he can do it without the resources or finances that is amusing us.
