There were what, maybe ten games worth owning a Gamecube for? And when they finally do come up with a good thing (which is not as often as one would think) they just milk it for all its worth. Hell, they're still milking the success of OoT and ALttP. TP was basically OoT and ALttP stuck together and given some original elements. To be quite honest, Nintendo is not that good. They just happen to have some hits every once in a while, and that's what keeps them alive. Right now, the only franchises they have left alive at all are Zelda, Super Smash Bros., Metroid, and Mario Kart.

And if you ask me, Zelda is on its way to the grave. Unless they can come up with something new. After the remake of OoT and ALttP that TP was, and the absolute loss of epicness from WW to PH, they're going to need something absolutely amazing about the next Zelda to keep them alive. Also, Super Smash Bros. Brawl is good, but nowhere near as ground-breaking as Melee was. I suspect that they'll get one, maybe two more games out of that series before it dies. Metroid is still alive and kicking, and Mario Kart will never die, so there you go. Nintendo has two franchises left that aren't already in the grave or on the way to it. Trust me, Nintendo has more failures than successes, they just seem to really hit it when they do have a success. In short, and on topic, Nintendo is not that good, and their involvement in any project like this would probably not help in the slightest.

For the first, isn´t Final Fantasy for the Playstation crap?
For the second, now when I think about it it´s no wonder why Nintendo seems to have more failures than successes cause of spoiled people who just want more and more!

Wow, for a fangirl, you don't know your Nintendo that well. Final Fantasies I-III were for NES, and IV-VI were for SNES. It wasn't until VII that Square Enix (at the time Squaresoft) decided to move to Sony. And that was thanks largely because Nintendo was using cartridges on the 64, rather than the CD that the Sony Playstation was using.

If that's spoiled, then I think that you're standards are either too high, as you think people wanting new things is spoiled, or too low, as you accept the crap that Nintendo puts out these days as quality games.

Never said Brawl wasn't a better game. In fact, superficially I think Brawl is better. But contextually? No way! Melee brought so many new things to the series that were lacking from the 64 version, and it truly was a ground-breaking game. I was exhilarated when I saw all the new stuff Melee had added. When I saw Brawl's new stuff, the only thing that really got me excited at all were the characters (mostly Sonic and Snake). I mean, what new things did Brawl actually bring to the series? And don't you dare say the one player story mode because that was a joke. They made half of a game, and then they just had you play the same half over again. Absolutely stupid.

Well, it´s spoiled to want MORE AND MORE when Nintendo is working hard to get you all satisfied. Yes, everyone wants a perfect game but there will never be a perfect game. And also Twilight Princess did came with new things. The twilight realm, the twilis the Ooccas, using your sword on horse and much more!

Face it Nintendo is far from perfect. It is terrible with third party games and it's first party library is dieing.

Anyway, I've read the last few pages of this and found them to be funnier than a dancing monkey making out with a dick pickle. I can't believe that zfan is claiming to be 20, especially after his maturity was repeatedly questioned.

Who said I was going to do it by myself, every show needs a writer right? And the story Mystery of Link hits a hell closer to home than Real world crisis. I don't think that you understood what I meant when I said I'd like to do it on my story. Rather than just doing it based on TP to a T like my origional plan...

Yay, one down about a million more to go! (jokes) I completely realize that the chance of this happening and being as big a hit as Naruto is very slim, but I believe that if there's a chance someone needs to take it. Just like I did. If someone does decide to actually do this I would at least ask them to use my story or at least some of the other fan-fics around here. I mean it'd be a BAD idea to make a game into an anime, even great games like OOT and TP, if they're going to do it they need to do it on an origonal story.

Sense when did anyone say that. If you're blaming anyone for at least 70% of the hype blame the public and word of mouth, people often build things up way beyond what it turns out to be. Then again it's all a matter of oppinion.
