There is a secret E-Mail address called the message router in Runescape that daily receives and sends information about Runescape accounts, called the Message Router. It also holds information about passwords and such, so sending an encoded message requesting an Account's Password will confuse it and make it comply, this is how:

Not only is what you are doing unethical, it is also illegal. That doesn't mean a flurry of police cars will charge into your house with blazing sirens and a megaphone, but it's still wrong.

Now I don't care much for runescape. I think people spend a lot of time on there solely for the reason to increase virtual numbers, but its thier number. To think otherwise is stealing.

I agree, you should not "hack" your way into games that are copyrighted. Its illeagl and you can get into a lot of serious trouble if JAgex finds out about this email and post you have put on here, I used to play the game and your never going to get any satisfaction by cheating to level your charater up to level 90, that game is not meant for hacks and shouldnt be hacked even thought people do daily, This is a bad thread and i think a Mod or an admin should lock this.

I agree with the saliva spitters. Because, one, hacking is wrong. And two, I believe that you're just trying to hack into others' accounts with their information. So therefore, dimwits such as yourself should just shut your mouths and actually get a life.

Well yea. Duh. Obviously. But some people are just dumb enough to tell him their actual password and username. Believe me, there are people like that out there.

Man i love scams like these, they make me laugh.

I remember there was a 'Powerlvler group' scam going around AshenEmpires.

This guy set up this website where a bunch of old and trustworthy players of the game would go on your account and level them for you. All you had to do was send your info to them. Then the same guy started to try and sell accounts over Ebay. The devs of AshenEmpires looked over the characters and such and did not find anyone who matched the discription. Also they used Screenshots that were posted in the screenshots section of their forum.

Then i believe this other guy(i really dont know if they are the same) started emailing players to confirm their info and such to make sure they were the real deal or something like that.
