Need ideas or admins.

Hi, im SuperJugy, and i have a website named MegaManX2000, the problem is that i dont have so much time to administrate it. an admin would be a good help, except for the fact i would have to give the password for him/her to enter and cant just trust anyone. im not a superwebmaster, and i have a host that supports php, if the admin knows php it would be a very good help. but still i cant just give a password like that. any ideas?
