Well... it's a great name for a Zelda site, lol. My sister has an email from it that is zelda@legendofzelda.com. How classic.

I have to say that it is the most incredible domain name. Its a wonder that Nintendo hasnt got it.

I actually think that Nintendo tried to get legendofzelda.com from this site but they couldn't. I don't remeber but. Nice site they used to host me.

I'm not gonna try, but I think Nintendo's URL for LoZ stuff is thelegendofzelda.com... just a theory.

You people really don't know what you're missing out on. legendofzelda.com is a wonderful site. You guys should really go in and become active.

But I'm worried sick about that site...we've been having so many problems. And it's down again....Does anyone have any idea on what's going on? I know we have been having server problems...but it's down again...

If there's one thing you should have kept in mind, it's that like at LoZ, they don't appreciate bumping topics here...

The admins are currently dealing with the problem. That's all I can say for now

Not really, zelda fansites want crowds that like zelda.....so another zelda site would make perfect sense.

(( I just noticed it was made in 2005, but still, ZU was of higher quality back at the time as well. I think it's safe to lock the thread, since it shouldn't be bumped either way. ))

To say it is the best Zelda site, is not accurate. Of course, that statement in itself is a opinion, but if you wish to compare quality and complexity, ZU fills the spot in many, many ways.

It's a nice site, and it's cool they got the domain for it (I am also surprised Nintendo has not tried to claim trademark/copyright infringement), but to say it is the best Zelda site is highly, highly debatable, with weak defense.

If we wanted to compare, my opinion would side with ZU. ZU has the best design out of all the Zelda fan sites, arguably the most amount of content, the largest community, highest price value (this site's value is more than $100,000 as is), and is just overall more towards the Zelda feel and needs. But, as said, placing a "best" value is always an opinion.
