My site really needs staff

I am just starting out in the website thing and I would really like to have a successful site. I am in desperate need of staff and I don't have any content. I don't know html or anything so I can't jazz my site up. Does someone want to work with me in hopes that my site can one day be a success or get affiliated?
I need:

Co-webmaster

Walkthrough writer

Article writer

Also, freewebs isn't that good when you use site builder. If I could be a Co-Webmaster, we could migrate to HTML mode, and we could take their copyright out.
