~1~ If you would like to become an affiliate first, you can either talk to me on AIM (trickshot3144) or email me at usmctrickshot@msn.com or another option is to post in this thread. I would prefer you would have a Working Button for me to put on my site, and if I add you, add me. and Vice-Versa. My Site isnt Completley finished and if yours is not finished I Will Understand, and It would definetley be a pleasure to add you. But There are extremes, like if your site is completely Horrid. Which not many are.

~2~ So you want to be in the MoZ Staff- REQUIREMENTS

1. You must Be a member of our Forums.
2. You must actively participate in the jobs that I give you, and what I want done. Gets Done.
3. You dont Get paid, you get recognized.
4. You must write a simple 1 paragraph essay about why i should give you the job. And This cant be a joke either.
5. You Must advertise the site on 3 other websites or anything. And you must give me Links to where they are.

Jobs- The jobs you may apply for are


Flash Editor- Make a Splash page for the beginning of the site (preferably with Swishmax). Make it have good Music, and You may be asked to make buttons, and other Things.

MoZ News Reporter- The News Reporter Must give me an article on what I want it to be about, and when i want it done.

Walkthrough Writer- Writes Walkthroughs obviously.

Other- If you have any ideas for another job, just tell me on Aim (trickshot3144) or email me at usmctrickshot@msn.com or usmctrickshot@yahoo.com.

~4~ Heres another serious Question.. What should I add to my site. Many have told me its good, but i would preferably have people say that it needs something.. like give me ideas to add to the site and What i should put in it to make it successful. thank you for your support.

~5~ Give me suggestions, what should I do to improve and what Editors should I use, and hosts.

Well I think the game thing on the top could be fixed up a little, everything is good although you could make more content. And also do something with the updates page it just looks so plain. I can't become a staff member for I am a staff member of your affiliate. Please open your forums soon. I think you need an assistant webmaster who knows their stuff who can put your site on the map. You can also ask for a content editor to help you put useful crap in your site. The walkthrough thing may be an overload, believe me I know. So you may want several writers. The more staff the less stress. There aren't alot of people who have no lives and wish to work at your site 24/7 and that seems like the load your demanding with ONE article writer etc..
I am critiscizing your site to give SUGGESTIONS, NOT orders.

Not bad, but you should get a differnt host such as freewebs (just paste your HTML in and take their copyright out). The geocities ads still appear, which is bad.

Thats why you have a popup blocker

my Another site is also with Yahoo and u didnt nock that lol..

on topic: Popup blocker doesn't block Geocities ads.....

a new host is well needed.. otherwise you are off to a good start!

Try using Bravenet, that's a great webbuilder and hoster.

My opinion: Don't use any kind of free webpage builder (Especially GeoCities), they're all terrible. Try using the real thing: HTML ... making sites manually through HTML can greatly improve the look and feel of a site! Plus you get to back up your site on floppies, can work offline, and many, many more plus's that clearly override the negatives...Need help learning? Go here: www.wise-old-man.com

I suggest using t35. That's a great site builder. That's what I have, and my friend has it too. You should see my friends., it's awesome . Go to my site, affiliates, then the first button... anyways, needs improvment (or a better site).
