Help for making a site

Does anybody here know what's the best way to go or what to use to create a Zelda site? Free would be nice, but I'll pay if I have to. The only problem is, I don't have a credit card, only cash. Hopefully I can make a board along with the site, maybe possibly using invision free to create a board.

Any help would be appreciated.

Creating a website doesn't cost any money if you look at it this way...

If you've got Adobe Photoshop, know HTML, and have Notepad, it's quite easy.

You'll first design the website in photoshop, then slice it, then start coding it in HTML format through Notepad.

After that, you'll need to get some sort of hosting, pay or free, then upload it there. Forums, you can install on your host or get it remotely hosted.

Thanks. I have notepad, of course, I don't have photoshop, or know anything about HTML, but hopefully someone can get around to helping me.
