I apologize if this shouldn't be a separate thread, but this isn't a typical "How do I add an avvy" question.
Okay, so I know what to do to in order to change my avatar. I need to make that clear. Anyway, I went to do so, using the image below.

But it won't let me change that to be my avatar. It's 80x80, and is only 18KB. So it's under limit in every way. But it won't let me change it to be my avatar anyway, and I can't figure out why. Can someone help me? Am I missing something that should be obvious?

Oh, and the message I get says "Invalid File", but as I recall, .gifs are fine to use - I had this as an avvy before.
