Re: Favourite Anime/Manga

My top 3 favorite animes:

Get backers- it's a pretty good show with alot of action packed battles, the plot of the story is a little deranged, but eventually you understand it. Also the opening theme is great everytime I watch I seem to always hum it.

FMA- This is actually self-explanatory, but I'll explain anyway. I like Edward Elric's character it's very courageous, outgoing, and tough. Every once in a while he will make me laugh seeing as how alot of people call him short and he gets really pissed off, it's quite comical. The fact that they follow the rules give something up to get something back in return makes the series interesting. And whats really cool about this is the alchemy powers Ed and Alphonse posses, to manipulate objects of their own using. And finally because of that addicting opening theme Ready Steady Go!

YU-YU Hakusho(sp)- This anime is probably my most favorite anime off all. Real great stuff, intense battle scenery, sweet battle music. It's awsome But I prefer the Jap. version if I'm going to watch, the American version is quite dubbed.
Anyway my favorite character is Yuskae Urameshi, his character is real cool, cocky tough guy, who can really back up his opinion. I like his Rei gun, or in America called Spirit gun. And interesting plot nonetheless.

My 3 favorite manga:

Naruto- Defiantly I so like the manga better than the anime on Toonami. In my opinion theirs to much blood edits, if they have some blood they might as well show it more often.
Once I saw Naruto saying "believe it" that just turned me off, and I'm sure quite a number of agree thats a gay catch phrase. They may have said "believe it" in the manga I don't know I haven't payed much attention to the Manga that much, but the fact that it wasn't edited made up for it.

Death note- Really cool manga good creativity, shows originality. Too me it felt like some kind of suicidal books at first. Really interesting plot too. I've only read one volume, and immediately it was appealing.

Rurouni Kenshin- Wow this a really good manga it's such a success, I have volumes 1-9, and I'm still asking for more. Thats reason enough.
