In my eyes, it's not so much that the Wiimote will make it harder (because, personally, I think the controls will be fine), but that any new control system will up the challenge. After five years with the Gamecube controller, and two Zelda games with it that played so similarly, the GC controller is just too easy for us. We're all
too used it. I doubt we'll master the Wiimote as well as did the GC controller in short time period.
Basically, what I'm trying to say is that the Wiimote itself isn't what will make the game harder, but that a new control scheme will, because everyone knows the Gamecube controller like the back of their hand.
