Re: Behind the Rupees- He's a Rebel

Nice article Mirren.

I to am excited to play TP on the Wii because like you said it opens new doors to unique experiences like new puzzles that have been lacking in the previous 3D installments. However I disagree that the Wii-mote will bring a more difficult experience as a whole rather than a unique experience. The only way the new Wii-mote controls can make TP harder is if the controls themselves are difficult to use and even then it'd make TP more frustrating rather than hard.

I now know why- it’s because I had basically mastered the controls after playing the Master Quest. The Wind Waker’s controls were so similar, and I was already great with them going into the game, but then I as progressed through the adventure on the Great Sea, I became more and more confident with them, to the point where I knew them so well that I couldn’t get much of challenge from anything.
Much like the N64 controls most people will get used to the Wii controls about a week after they start playing so there's nothing really to master. Also like I said before any game that receives it's difficulty from the controls isn't difficult it's frustrating. I'd rather get the difficulty from hard enemies and puzzles.

As for TP's graphics being unimpressive for a Wii game you have to remember that TP is basically a Gamecube game remade for the Wii, what did you expect.
