I'm sure this is stated in the rules above, but it seems to be a growing problem as of late and it's kind of annoying.

Only BA council members may approve characters. If you do not have a banner under your username that says "BA Council" and it has cuccos on it, you are not to post in someone else's character thread. (And no, you can't put the banner as your avatar and get away with it. It has to be placed there by the mods.) So please, refrain from doing this. If you feel you must tell the person something about their character, PM them.
