Name: Khalid. (K-Ah-Lid, Arabic for “Eternal”)
Age: Seeing as reapers live in the time vortex, he has no age per say.
Gender: Male.
Race: Sentient reaper (Sometimes calls himself a reaver to differentiate his kind from those who collect souls.)
Height: Six feet tall in his human form, nearly fifteen in his true form (Tail included).
Weight: About 210 in his human form, well over a ton in his true form.
Race Explanation: The reapers are extradimensional, materialising and dematerialising out of the spacetime vortex. They are attracted to temporal paradoxes that damage time, like bacteria swarming around a wound. They then proceed to "sterilise" the wound by consuming everyone in sight.
If the timeline is restored, they vanish, with their actions reversed as if they had never happened. Being a sentient reaper, Khalid knows that he will be returned to the time vortex if the paradox is fixed, and will thus attempt to keep that from happening.
Appearance (True Form): Reapers are multi-limbed, flying reptiles similar to pterosaurs, with a large wingspan, sharp teeth both in the form of a beak and a secondary mouth in their torsos. They also have a tail not unlike a scythe blade.

Appearance (Human Form): In his seemingly human form Khalid has the looks of a healthy young man in his late twenties. His clothing can change depending on what he feels like “wearing” at the time. In reality his clothing is merely an extension of himself.
If he can’t figure out what he wants to wear, he’ll go with gray cotton trousers and an unbuttoned dress shirt. Once in a while he’ll wear a loose tie along with it, if only to add to the illusion that he’s an eccentric human.
Khalid’s eyes are a mossy green color, his hair reaches halfway down his neck in the back and down past his eyebrows in the front, and is a fairly dark brown color. He appears to be decently athletic, with medium sized muscles.
Personality: Khalid could be described as somewhat eccentric, although that’s usually just a fake personality trait that he displays. He is fairly unpredictable, alternating between being intent on finishing a task and being too lazy to finish said task.
Khalid can seem unfeeling at times, as he is still relatively new to this dimension and thus his emotions need to adjust. He ponders various things that he sees, especially human emotion. Being a reaper however, Khalid is prone to rare yet sudden urges to devour every living thing in site.
He usually appeases this urge with food until he can find a suitable victim, at which point he’ll turn into his true form and swallow him or her whole through his second mouth.
Weapon(s): In his human form Khalid wields a single doubled-sided blade by the name of Serpentine. This blade is roughly three feet long, handle included, and is fairly plain in appearance. In his true form Khalid’s scythelike tail can be used to impale or slash enemies.
Armor: Khalid wears no form of armor, seeing as he can’t be killed anyway.
Skills/Magic: Khalid can teleport while in his human form, although this ability is unusable in his true form, replaced with the flight capabilities that his wings afford him. He can also hypnotize the weak minded, making them into his personal slaves.
His biggest ability however, is the ability to traverse through the dimensions, as well as going to different times. This allows him great knowledge of things that are happening and things that are to come.
While in his true form he can also blend into his surroundings, becoming nearly invisible.
Strengths: Being a reaper, Khalid cannot be killed by anything that originated in this existence. That includes this existence’s versions of Heaven and Hell. His strength is of an incredible level as well, equal to that of several demons.
He also has a profound knowledge of history, which allows him to speak in many different languages. Khalid’s ability to teleport can send him quite a distance in any direction, saving him from incredible harm.
Weaknesses: Seeing as reapers are a type of temporal bacteria, Khalid will be forced back to the time vortex if the paradox that brought him here is fixed. Holy attacks also deal more damage to him than any other form of attack, seeing as reapers are a dark species.
Khalid also tends to be rather cocky about his fighting abilities due to the fact that he can’t be killed by anything in this dimension. He tends to forget that, although he can’t be killed, things in this dimension can still harm him.
Khalid is also fairly absentminded, often forgetting that he's in a fight if he doesn't see his opponent for ten minutes or so.
Bio: The time vortex. In between the various realities and existences it sits, the raw generator of time itself. Very few beings have been here, and even less have gotten out. One species however, covers this dimension.
They are the reapers, interdimensional beings intent on feeding their insatiable hunger. They are the byproduct of time, much the same as work produces sweat. The reapers lay in wait for centuries, able to break free from the time vortex during a paradox.
Such a paradox was created when the experimental Project 39 was sent through a portal to the ancient past. He was followed shortly afterwards by the tyrant Keon Laan, more commonly known as Slag. This paradox was now large enough for a single reaper to make it through.
Khalid was this reaper, tearing through the walls that separated him from this dimension. He quickly made his way through time to Slag and Surge’s destination, not noticing that another being was taking a similar time route. This being, Dark, was using the portal to go back and kill Slag and Surge.
Unfortunately for Khalid, only one thing could fit in said portal at a time. The way Dark had entered the portal was powered by futuristic technology, sending him through it faster than the reaper’s self powered portal. He passed through Khalid, altering his genetic structure.
The reaper gained a sentient mind through the mutation, absorbing the knowledge that surrounded him in the portal. Khalid was dropped from the portal at the peak of Mt. Himayo, finding himself in the middle of a town of savage natives.
Due to his monstrous appearance the natives believed Khalid to be a demon, instantly attacking him with primitive wooden spears and bronze swords. Needless to say, they didn’t live very long. Khalid consumed each of them one at a time through his second mouth, sending others hurtling off the peak with his tail.
When they were all dead Khalid picked one, deciding that he liked its appearance. He molded himself to match said appearance, gaining his fake human form. He also took the best sword in the village, the only non-bronze one, naming it Serpentine.
Khalid set out to try and discover what this world was like, deciding that he didn’t want to return to the time vortex. For that however, he’d have to ensure that Slag, Surge, and Dark never returned to their own time…
